This is one of the best Subway's that I have been to. The atmosphere is great, the service is amazing, the food tastes really good and the sandwich artists are very good at preparing great sandwiches! There is a slim, tall sandwich artist at this location that always prepares my sandwich and everytime he nails it and puts a great sandwich together, absolutely one of the best! I would totally recommend anyone to pass by this location if you ever craving Subway, you won't regret it!

Customer service is a slap in the face.

Waited 30 minutes for my sub (online order) and eventually left with nothing - sunk cost.
Guy working behind the counter asked for my name when I first walked in and that was the first and last conversation we had. No updates and completely ignored me the rest of the 30 minutes — even when I tried to get his attention by the register. I also noticed in the app that it said my order was picked up while I was still waiting for my sub.
Thus, I just left. I understand that sometimes people get busy or some people can’t do things as fast as others — but there was absolutely no care in the world with my experience this time.

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. Disgusting experience. Person making sandwiches handled cash, didn't wash hands, walked over and tried to make my sub without putting gloves on. Wiped his hands on his shirt until I said something. Slowest process in the world.... and they don't know how to charge you right here. Worst Subway in their whole franchise!!!

Nasty as hell! Soda machine was disgustingly dirty and, when telling the employee, he did absolutely nothing and left it like that! If that was the soda machine, i don't even want to imagine how they have the kitchen! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

I just had to worst service ever!!! Do not recommend this Subway at all!!! They are the rudest employees ever. I just went to pick up, the employee rudely said my order was not ready and i waited. He proceed to tell me that it was ready but I had not given him any tip in the order. I tell him that maybe I didn’t put it online that I will check. He didn’t want to give me the order unless I tipped him. I didn’t even have my wallet on me, so I let him know that I will check online. He started being disrespectful and speaking in another language. I grab the bread and I leave. He looks at me from the store until I get on my car. I felt scared and I left immediately. I’ve never experienced something like this before, no one should be assaulted or mistreated for something like this.

The worst service experience I've ever had at a Subway. The staff didn't speak English or Spanish well, making it super hard to place my order. On top of that, the way they spoke to me was humiliating, and they tossed things around like they didn't care. I left without finishing my order.
