Whatever ladies you have working there they don't know how to charge people

The person behind the counter was extremely rude from the start. When I said I didn’t want my sandwich toasted, she gave me cold chicken. I politely mentioned that I expected the chicken to be heated separately, but she became argumentative after I asked her to please heat it up.

At checkout, they had run out of regular cups and were charging extra for large drinks without offering any alternative. I asked her if they had regular cups in the back as I didn’t want a large drink. She said they ran out and she couldn’t charge me for a regular drink. I think it was unfair to charge me extra since I didn’t have a choice, so I just grabbed a bottled drink and left—it wasn’t worth the back-and-forth.

You shouldn’t have to argue with someone just to order a sandwich. The whole interaction was uncomfortable and unnecessary. If it wasn’t because she had already made the sandwich I would’ve just left and gotten subway at another location. I’m never coming here again.

ETA: The sandwich also tastes terrible. You can tell everything they used was old and soggy, even the bread 🤢

So my kids we to go eat here unfortunately there were un able to do to the lady who got bothered because my son ordered in his perfered language due to his Spanish not being perfect if they look at the camera they will see this lady being rude and disrespectful so my oldest daughter got fed up and had to let this lady know. Due to the lack of respect and customer service are no longer hungry .As they were leaving this lady stuck the middle finger at these kids. Unfortunately I have to work and not able to make it in the morning to speak to the manager but will call corporate on this location.

Went in today at 3:20pm 10/19 the lady working was splendid, i should of left her a bigger tip because honestly the customer service was amazing!! Super attentive spread every ingredient evenly was asking if we wanted extra stuff on our subway, will definitely be coming back!! If yall ever get rid or fire this lady yall will go out of business cuz honestly the younger girl yall had working before was rude and hated working there.

This place doesn’t have good reviews due to people having a negative experience in this Subway. Thank god it didn’t happened to me. The lady who took my order was generous. I told her what I wanted and she made it exactly like that. I ordered the sweet onion chicken teriyaki with a white chocolate macadamia cookie. Everything was fresh and delicious. She was the only one working there and I don’t understand why people can’t be patient. Other than that, I had a good experience.

I ordered two separate sandwiches after the lady was done making the first one, she said "another one?" with attitude. She was clearly mad and doesn't like her job. Very rude didn't not want to customize my second sandwich and did not know how to split transaction also was trying to tell me that i didn't have money. She should be trained on how to do her job correctly again.

Last time I order or go to this Subway. I placed two separate orders. Not ready when my son arrived to pick them up, they didn't even know there was another order and then they had mixed up the orders and put the wrong items in the bag. My son called me confused because they don't know English and he doesn't know Spanish. I asked to speak to the lady because I heard her in the background, yelling at my son, telling him he didn't know what he was talking about or what not and she refused to speak to me... I KNOW SPANISH so maybe we would have had better communication. My son arrived with the order, and it WAS INCORRECT and they didn't even cut the subs. LAST TIME I GO THERE.

Last time I order at this subway. Nothing was fresh the lettuce was brown the cucumbers and bell peppers were soggy and looked old. Only 2 cheeses Available and on top of that they placed a metallic wall that covers the cheeses and the meats so I can’t even see if what I’m getting is fresh. Also there is always only 1 employee

The owner of this Subway has always seemed sketchy. The store refuses to honor Subway gift cards. The store often has just one employee, and the toppings remain uncovered, leaving it easier for a fly to get lunch than a person with a gift card!

Second time I go to this place and order broccoli soup and they don't have it. I don't understand if it closes at 10 at night and you go at 5 in the afternoon they no longer have soup and another day I went at 7 and much less they had a little bit at the bottom of the vessel and the woman said that's what there is and then that same woman started to prepare the bread for us without asking us if we wanted it cold or hot, I particularly don't like to heat the prickly pear just the bread with the cheese and then put the prickly pear on it, the woman got upset when I told her to remove the prickly pear from the bread because I didn't like that after I heated it up, I added the prickly pear, I won't come back here, bad service, the very bad prickly pear was dry, it wasn't compact, and besides, they never have what I need. I like how broccoli soup is, I don't recommend it.

First and last time I will come to this subway. What kind of manager leaves 1 employee on a Friday after work? Customers waiting in line while the 1 employee is working on the online orders... as the customers come to pickup their unprepared orders. How about the employee using gloves to make sandwiches however, also touches oven, register, numerous paper orders and scratches her nose then proceeds to stick her hand in to prepare sandwich toppings never changes gloves. I could go on but you get the idea. This is just poor management.
