Made reservations for 930. Didnt click through the 4 million page term and condition to see that you need to be 21 and over after 6pm. I canceled after seeing that when double checking the reservation. They said it was canceled and no issues there. Later they changed 35$ cancelation fee per person. Which I find to be very unfair as it allowed me to book for a time I'm not even allowed to show up to. Staff rude and dismissive on the phone. Manager refused to call back spoke to two employees that said the manager would "be here later" and never came. Horrible place deserves the 3 star overall review you have for sure. Probably deserve lower.

Beautiful roof top with a breathtaking view of Miami, very good cocktails, a little expensive but you pay for the setting. Very personalized service and very friendly staff Excellent time spent with family with child ok from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., afterward we are supposed to go out because it is prohibited for minors

Sugar Miami is a complete DISAPPOINTMENT. An hour before my dinner, they suddenly informed me of a $100 per person minimum—something they never mentioned during booking. I decided not to go, and the next day, they charged me $70 without any prior notice of a no-show fee. This is shady and disrespectful to customers. Avoid this place unless you’re fine with surprise charges and poor transparency.

Visited Miami on a weekend trip and wanted to find a rooftop bar to enjoy the sunset. We found this spot on Google and went up the elevator to get a drink. Out of our group of 8, one person was turned away because she was wearing sandals. Understandable/we respected the policy, so we split up. Though, when the rest of us went inside, we saw multiple people wearing sandals, many of which were the same style/design as our friend’s. We immediately turned around and decided not to contribute to this place that discriminated against us. Wish we could’ve tried the drinks.

AWESOME views at a cute little tuck away rooftop! Chic, swanky vibe... Keith was amazing at the bar, from the time I walked up to the time I left. He made great drinks and got my food orders. Brussel sprouts were a bit burnt, but I like a little char, lol. Beautiful views of the skyline and surrounding buildings.

Loved the vibe. It was a Wednesday night and it was lit. Great drinks, good service, food was good and great crowd. Will definitely be back.
Born and raised in Miami. First time here, haven’t been out in months since i’ve been working so much. I waited a line for about 30 minute with my close friend and boyfriend. Spent about $120+ on drinks and you can’t even see the view of the city unless your like VIP because they block the entire back. Wack. 🙄

I loved this place!! And much more to our waitress Buse, she was great, she made our night even better! She is very helpful and attentive, additionally the food and drinks were delicious, my favorite drink was coffee. We would return without hesitation!
