Sugarcane offers a fantastic brunch menu with terrific service and amazing drinks. The pig ears were delicious with the expected crunch, and the breakfast platter was well executed. The Avocado Toast and Cuban Benedict were also tasty choices. While the beef short ribs could be hit or miss, the scallops were amazing. Overall, Sugarcane is a favorite restaurant with some outstanding dishes and occasional misses in their menu.
