I don't know about the Miami location, but the Vegas location is a total mess and runs like it's a front for some kind of drug trafficking or something.
Ok place but pretty much everyone that works there is on cocaine and other drugs. The Avocado Toast and Cuban Benedict were also tasty choices. The scallops were amazing. Sugarcane delivers an exceptional brunch experience, with delicious dishes like steak & eggs, waffles, and avocado toast. The service is impeccable, and the atmosphere is delightful. It is a very good casual option in Midtown Miami, featuring a varied menu, excellent food and beverages, and attentive staff. Guests have praised the phenomenal drinks, such as passion fruit caipirinha and spice of love, along with flavorful dishes like bacon wrapped dates, goat cheese croquettes, and duck and waffle, often enjoyed with live music on certain days. The restaurant's Mojito was considered one of the best in the US and among the top in the world. However, some visitors noted minor issues, such as receiving the wrong utensils. Overall, Sugarcane is a popular spot that has been loved for over 14 years, though it is closing soon.
