The outdoor ambiance at Sugarcane restaurant was pleasant, but the overall experience fell short of expectations. While the food was passable, the service and cleanliness were subpar. The short ribs dish was disappointing, with a tough texture and an excess of fat. In general, the dining experience left much to be desired, failing to meet the anticipated standards of quality and satisfaction.

It’s a shame that this place is closing. Have been visiting for 14 years. Without a doubt the best mojito I’ve had in the US and easily top 3 in the world, for me.

Food was good. Although did bot arrive at destination with the correct flatware. Ordered a salad, via gruv hub. Requested utensils and napkins as I am at a hotel. Arrived with chopsticks. Oops. Hard to eat a wedge salad with chopsticks and no napkins

I booked this place for our New Year’s brunch. The positive thing is the menu: you will find something for everyone. A few negative aspects: my tuna tartare was definitely not worth it. The tuna dices are simply served on chinese chips also known as kroepoek, which are normally very good but these were old and dry. Not really acceptable for a restaurant and for this type of dish. I was also disappointed by the inside area of the restaurant which is far less pretty as the outside. I will not recommend this restaurant.

I’m a loyal customer for 10+ this place has never ever disappointed. Drinks are phenomenal: passion fruit caipirinha or spice of love. Food: where do I start? Bacon wrapped dates, goat cheese croquettes, duck and waffle and so much more! Live music on certain days. Loveee it.
Went on Christmas eve felt bad for staff that had to work when place was nearly empty. However Andrea at the bar was great and her food recommendations were spot on everything was excellent.

A biophilic haven filled with epic flavors. The attention is top notch. The cappuccino was surprisingly delicious. The yucca brava has great flavors, but I would have liked it to be crispier, and the bacon wrapped dates filled with chorizo was amazing. A necessary stop in your culinary path.

This beautiful restaurant reminds me of NYC (my home) the lights & nature that surround the place is beautiful! Perfect setting to eat delicious food! We had the pleasure of being waited by George! He was so kind & attentive & even helped us customize drinks! We tried the HAVANA MULE COCKTAIL & VIDA DE FRESCA & truffle fries to start! Drinks were balanced & tasty & My husband & 2yr old loved the fries! We ordered the SALMONCADO SUSHI ROLL & TORCHED YELLOWTAIL JALAPEÑO SUSHI ROLL! They were Soooo delicious & the yellowtail roll was just the right amount of spice to not ruin your palate! We had to try more!! So next we ordered the RAINBOW SUSHI ROLL & CRUNCHY TUNA SUSHI ROLL & the food did not disappoint! The presentation was beautiful as well! We then tried two more drinks, the PALOMA ICE FROZEN COCKTAIL & SPICE OF LOVE! If you love passion fruit, you must try the Spice of Love! Sooo delicious as well! && Ofcourse my husband had to get some dessert & my baby was eager as well when he saw the CHURROS being brought over! This was our first time here & we had the best sushi brunch!! There wasn’t a lot of people too so the food came out quick :) to everyone that works at SugarCane, keep up the great work!! $19 hamachi taquitos were just a mouthful of avocado.
This place has a great vibe but brunch isn’t that great.
Only good on the menu was the truffled toad in a hole.
