Ok place but pretty much everyone that works there is on cocaine and other drugs. It’s kind of normalized over there with one staff member Marylin Centeno losing her hair because she’s on the stuff so bad. The cooks and other staff use the drugs on premises and it’s kind of an open thing. The manager Michael hired his underage son who had an ankle monitor and still brought drugs to the restaurant to sell to coworkers and use. This place I guess is pretty cool if you’re into being served by some coke head who’s shedding hair all over the place for the prices of the food it’s kind of meh at that point.
I kind of wish management would start drug testing because it’s kind of weird thinking someone could be dropping cocaine and other dangerous substances in the food. Nevermind that one girls drug induced alopecia.
Other employees that are major cocaine addicts include Adrian Valdez, Ayla Henson and at least two of the Jose's.
In fact, Adrian Valdez is a drug dealer who sells cocaine and party drugs in the Venetian parking lot to other employees of Sugarcane and Venetian.
Most of the staff at this place is coked out while on the job and management apparently encourages it. You simply cannot work here if you want to stay clean off hard drugs or avoid them. It's disgusting. Nevermind trying to dine here knowing just how cracked out everyone that handles the food really is.

We were three ladies for lunch before an event. We told our server we only had an hour. He took care of us expertly. The food was outstanding. We ordered 2 sushi rolls and four different apps to share. Everything was fabulous. The bacon wrapped dates and goat cheese croquets we the tables favorite. We ate every last morsel of the six dishes!

The food and beverage options were well done and well presented. Our server, Brian and the food runners and bussers, provided excellent attentive service.
I love Sugarcane. It's been around for a long time ( in Miami time). The food is good, but the drinks are better. It's a great place for lunch or a more casual dinner vibe.
