I remember when they built this small row of shops back in 1974 and this place open as a golf shop back then in 74'. Never eaten here since we moved away in 1979 but looking at the subs their making, I'm sure some real great subs. Miami has had some really great neighborhood sub joints as far back as the late 1950's. A lot of cities aren't as lucky because their dominated by chain sub shops which mostly suck even when the subs are getting really pricey like Jersey Mike's as an example, support your neighborhood joints before you lose them, and they become only a happy memory of when you were young.

Wish it was bigger, but make sure you take plenty napkins. Because those subs are huge. Better than JJ and jersey Mike's.

Excellent!!! Owned and operated by the same owners for 47 years. Our steak and cheese subs were really good. Small place, limited seating but well worth the tightness. Take out is their main thing.
