The tuna on the crispy rice was very fishy, the shabu shabu is listed as $50 on Google but it’s $119 at the restaurant and the ramen noodles had a bad texture.

The beef udon was good though

It is the most traditional and wonderful experience of Japanese food, the place is beautiful and the service is wonderful, Chef Enomoto is a splendid person!! It is definitely a place in Miami that you cannot miss!!

Amazing spot for high-quality sushi. Options if you want to go the authentic route, but they also do american-style rolls very well. Lunch special with sashimi is the best. Hamachi melts in your mouth like butter and the salmon is perfection. Fresh harumaki is a must-do as well. They import a lot of the ingredients so the price is reflected in that. Hokkaido uni for example. So ignore complaints of “overpriced”. This is extremely high quality especially for the price. Do not expect frills and atmosphere though. People are often fooled that elevated design means quality food. Go downtown & eat at sexyfish if you want garbage sushi with amazing ambiance. Sushi chef is a super homey and warm place. Service was very attentive and friendly as well. Always impressed and hope they are here forever!

Have been coming here for 30 years. It is a staple of quality for sushi in Miami. My favorite dish is the tempura lobster. Good sake collection.
