I ate at Azabu two times during a recent trip to Miami Beach. I loved the atmosphere and the excellent service provided by the wait staff. The first time that I came here, I ordered a spicy tuna roll, lobster roll, eel avocado roll, and drinks. The sushi was delicious and melted in my mouth. I returned to Azabu four days later for the delicious sushi and my experience with the food was completely different. I ordered the same sushi rolls, drinks, and dessert. The sushi was tasteless...
This restaurant featured an authentic Japanese menu and was beautifully appointed. This place would be great for romantic dates- the waitstaff was friendly, nice, and courteous with our questions and helped us make the best choices from the menu. The cocktail list included many combinations we had not had before and was fun to explore. We loved this place and would definitely include it in our travel plans next year.
The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated with a modern and elegant ambiance. But what really stood out to me was the amazing service provided by Robert, our server. He was attentive, and friendly, and made excellent recommendations for both food and drinks.
