I had such a wonderful experience at Sushi Maki thanks to our server, Mateo! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcome with her friendly personality and genuine attentiveness. She was knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations (the sushi rolls she suggested were absolutely delicious), and made sure everything came out perfectly timed.
What stood out most was how attentive she was without being overbearing—always checking in at the right moments and making sure our drinks were never empty. Mateo’s professionalism and warm attitude really elevated the dining experience and made the night feel special.
Sushi Maki already has great food, but service like Mateo’s is what makes me want to keep coming back. Highly recommend asking for her if you visit!
