Waited an hour and a half to get cold ramen that wasnt even the one i ordered haha. Also broth had as much flavor as putting a dry packet in water. Pretty embarassing

I ordered the tuna, hamachi, salmon and seared salmon nigiri as well as the rock and rolls box through uber eats this evening. The salmon nigiri was alright but the hamachi and tuna nigiri sushi was not fresh at all and tasted off. The rainbow roll that came in the box had a weird brown string on the salmon that was on top of the roll that almost looked like a worm and completely threw me off and took away my appetite. None of the raw sashimi on the rainbow roll was fresh. I never complain about food but the quality I received tonight was pretty bad for the price I paid.

OMG... these guys are THE BEST! The sushi is great, prepared efficiently, and the servings are fantastic, the rolls are full of sushi, unlike many other restaurants. But the service... omg!! I ordered an Uber Eats to pick up at the Wynwood location but ordered from Aventura by accident! They were already closing the local shop here in Lynnwood but they just substituted my order I didn't have to cancel anything on my credit card and even though everything was put away they still filled my order and we're going to eat tonight!

Absolutely disgusting sushi that was nothing that sushi should be. We had tuna, salmon and california rolls and all the ingredients were minced so it was just a ”fish/crab mash” with rice. And the taste was not good either.

I’ve been ordering from Sushi Mass for years, both for pickup and delivery, and it’s almost always been excellent. However, my experience yesterday was disappointing. When I went to pick up my order, the front desk staff member was extremely unpleasant and unfriendly, which immediately gave me a bad impression.
When I received my two orders, I noticed there was only one portion of ginger and one of wasabi. I pointed this out, and the staff member curtly responded that their policy only allows one serving for both orders. I left feeling disappointed, but I was still looking forward to enjoying my sushi at home.
Unfortunately, the disappointment continued. The rice was old, and the sushi was not fresh at all—it lacked flavor and was far from the quality I had come to expect. Given both the poor service and the decline in food quality, I won’t be ordering from Sushi Mass again.
