Absolutely disgusting sushi that was nothing that sushi should be. We had tuna, salmon and california rolls and all the ingredients were minced so it was just a ”fish/crab mash” with rice. And the taste was not good either.

I’ve been ordering from Sushi Mass for years, both for pickup and delivery, and it’s almost always been excellent. However, my experience yesterday was disappointing. When I went to pick up my order, the front desk staff member was extremely unpleasant and unfriendly, which immediately gave me a bad impression.
When I received my two orders, I noticed there was only one portion of ginger and one of wasabi. I pointed this out, and the staff member curtly responded that their policy only allows one serving for both orders. I left feeling disappointed, but I was still looking forward to enjoying my sushi at home.
Unfortunately, the disappointment continued. The rice was old, and the sushi was not fresh at all—it lacked flavor and was far from the quality I had come to expect. Given both the poor service and the decline in food quality, I won’t be ordering from Sushi Mass again.

Today I was craving sushi 🍣 and I wanted to give a small business near my work a chance. I summarize it as a very cozy place, which I recommend 💯%, since they have a quite varied menu of rolls, ramen, starters, desserts, drinks, etc. I ordered a California Maki roll, and WOW!!!.. 10 out of 10, everything was super fresh in my food, I recommend it with my eyes closed, they gained a loyal customer.

Your food is amazing, however, service and providing accurate information for pick up is very poor. Placing the order and coming to pick up 10 minutes later after the time indicated that the order is ready, to still not be ready, and the person tells me “Well we a swamped wait in the car the system is automatically giving time it’s incorrect”. That is shameful as you charge the same as any dine in restaurant, so at least have an accurate system and proper service.
