i experienced rude staff who would not want to help with my takeout order and they said no and that food will not be ready... asked for refund and they walked away... manager was no where to be found... had to call bank and have money disputed... still would like gift card for them affecting my health and well being...

Nobody speaks English but the one waiter man Dante and the host Jennifer she was very sweet and helpful but the rest of them Were rude and combative after screwing up my order and making me wait telling me whatever was missing from sushi they would give me on the side. Very unprofessional and disgusting customer service. Probably the worst experience I ever had at a sushi sake. This location was hands down with worst in Miami. Your better off going to sunset or country walk !!!!!
