There may be many locations of Sushi Sake, but the HAMMOCKS truly has my heart (and my stomach!). The food is consistently fresh and perfectly prepared, my orders are always accurate, and the wait time is impressively short.
Since I work nearby, it’s incredibly convenient to stop in for high-quality sushi and other healthy options that easily fit into my lunch break. The staff is always welcoming, friendly, and attentive, which makes every visit even better.
Overall, this location delivers outstanding service and food every single time. I highly recommend it — 10/10. Can’t wait to go back!

Came here today for valentines on a date with my boyfriend and the service was amazing - the whole staff treated us like gold!!! (Thank you to our waiter Mia) The atmosphere was super welcoming and calm which made our date even more enjoyable! And the Food was amazing like ALWAYS. Will definitely be coming back to this sushi sake again.

This is by far the worst Sushi Sake location I have been ordered from, no doubt. I have ordered twice and both times I get two rolls and 1 fried rice and it has taken over 1 hr and 30 mins. Tonight when I picked up there was only 3 tables in the location, 2 chefs making sushi and 1 server. There was about 6 people waiting for pick up orders. On top of all that, the rolls in this location are definitely smaller than their other locations.

I was sat quickly. Even if the food took a little while, our sever, Reno, apologized for the wait. The chicken hibachi was totally worth the wait and I was thankful that our server was thoughtful!

Lunch was delightful today. I specifically wanted a roll with shrimp in it and Reno helped me pick one out that I liked. I enjoyed the service and I recommend the Miami heat roll.

Make it make sense. The sign says OPEN, there are still people actively eating inside, but somehow they’re “closed” an hour and a half early? I walked up thinking I could at least place a quick order, and the staff hit me with the “we’re done for the night” attitude while customers are literally sitting there with food on their tables.

If you’re going to shut down early, at least have the decency to flip the sign or update your hours. Don’t advertise midnight, have people eating inside, and then act like I’m crazy for expecting service.

This place clearly doesn’t care about consistency or customers. I’m done with it.

Absolutely horrible experience at Sushi Sake in the Hammocks. Online says they’re open until 12 AM, the sign on the door says 12 AM, but when we walked in at 10:30 PM, the staff looked at us like we were bothering them and flat-out said “everything is closed” and they didn’t want to serve us.

If you’re going to lie about your hours, at least take the sign off the door and update Google, because driving out there just to be turned away with attitude is ridiculous.

The vibe was “we don’t care, just leave,” and honestly, I’ve never felt so unwelcome at a restaurant in Miami.

Save yourself the time and go literally anywhere else. This location clearly does not value customers, honesty, or even basic hospitality.

Wouldn’t recommend this spot to anyone.

After 30 min waiting for my order to be ready, this is what i found when i got home. They were having other people waiting and one of the tables was complaining because they got the wrong order. My sushi was breaking apart completely, I ended up using a fork to eat it. Terrible service

We’ve given this place so many chances. We come here often and have been to multiple locations of this restaurant, but this one is by far the worst. Every single visit, the service is unbelievably slow and unprofessional, and the food always tastes off.

This time was the final straw. We actually found pieces of hair in our food. The sushi bar looks absolutely disgusting, especially where they keep the raw fish, and it doesn’t seem like they sanitize anything. To make it even worse, there was NO AC, so it was hot, uncomfortable, and overall just miserable to sit there.

It’s extremely disappointing, especially after repeated visits hoping for improvement. We will not be coming back EVER AGAIN.

Don’t come here expecting a decent dine-in experience. It was noisy, with the news playing on the TVs and music that didn’t add to the atmosphere.
