Ive been coming to this Sushi Sake for years before they changed locations and their quality and service seems to continue to go downhill as time passes. It’s no surprise that the restaurant is always empty now. With one other table there, I ordered a steak lunch special (medium) and waited almost 30 minutes. When I finally got the steak it was completely gray inside, dry, and well done. I reluctantly sent it back and could hear the waitress, manager, and cooks talk about me like I wasn’t there (extremely unprofessional) I saw the chef’s cook my meal twice with the manager sending it back once again and making them redo it without giving it to me. After the third plate was ready, the waitress then proceeded to bring me meat that was completely raw and cold on the inside. I just walked out. Management should be replaced before its too late.

I got the food delivered for dinner and during the night my toddler and I started vomiting and having diarrhea. Its day after and I still in bed feeling food poisoned. I do not recommend this place.

Tried this place twice with the same terrible service and timing both times. The first time I was told there’d be a 15 minute wait for the food, I wound up waiting 30 minutes. The second time I called and they told me 30 minutes so I planned around this estimate and arrived near the 35 minute mark. I waited an extra 45 minutes past that before leaving empty handed because they still hadn’t had my roll ready. I asked staff and was told the kitchen was backed up despite there only being 3 tables seated. Never again will I come here. Save your money, there are plenty of sushi restaurants in the area offering the same thing. Not worth the money for a wait that’s well over an hour.

Very good place to have dinner as a couple, the sushi was not what we expected, the portions were small, and the hot rolls with aluminum foil left us wanting, ask that they not add spicy
Passed by sushi sake lil Havana today because I was craving some sushi the food wasn’t bad but wasn’t great either what made this visit bad was the customer service , I had a young lady with long hair down and a headband serve me and my grandma she wasn’t very nice or helpful and made us feel very uncomfortable to even eat there unfortunately will not be returning after this .

Everything is always great regarding the food. But it is RIDICULOUS how OFF they are with their times. They always say that pick up will be ready at a certain time and then it takes them an extra 20-30 minutes for my food to be ready. I don’t mind the wait time I just hate to be sent a text with a time and then have them make me wait for another 20 minutes. Three times it happened already. I’m done…

Pretty restaurant with mediocre food and terrible service. Had to ask for the check over 20 minutes after we were done with their overpriced $6 per piece blah nigiri and there were only 2 other people there. They gave my credit card to my husband after I handed it to them and tried to add themselves an additional tip I had to clear before signing.
