Yasu Tanaka is my favorite sushi. The quality is out of this world. I love coming here for lunch so much and it’s always so fresh. The fish literally melts in your mouth. I wish I could give them 10 stars!
I can see why this is recommended by the MICHELIN Guide. Sushi Yasu Tanaka is located in MIA Market in Miami's Design District. They were not very busy when I went for an early light lunch on a Sunday. I had the chopped hamachi and negi sauce hand roll, one piece of the salmon nigiri and one piece of the akami sashimi. Food was served very quickly after I ordered. I could not fault it. I have been to Japan and this was top-quality sushi. Freshly prepared and beautifully...
