Adorable evening spot. Dainty and cute interior, great seafood and vegetarian options. Looking forward to its reopening! đŚ˘đ

We were surprised to find items on our bill that we hadnât ordered. While mistakes can happen and we didnât consider it a major issue, we did expect a courteous apology. We politely asked to speak with a manager, but unfortunately, the response we received was shockingly hostile. The female manager was rude, aggressive, and dismissive, which left us feeling belittled and uncomfortable.
We had travelled from London and were genuinely looking forward to experiencing the renowned American hospitality. Sadly, this was one of the most unpleasant customer service encounters weâve had anywhere in the world. Itâs a real shame, as we would have happily returned if not for the unacceptable behaviour we experienced. Hopefully directors can see it and improve customer service in the future as itâs completely unacceptable.

As bad as pharrel musicâŚa place for wannabes and latinos with golden chainsâŚdisgusting
Always great service and food at Swan.
The ambiance/ atmosphere was definitely the highlight of the night. However, when it comes to the food, it was just okay. The taste didn't quite match the price, which was a bit disappointing.
The place was beautifully decorated, and the service was great. The food was tasty, but the portions were way too small. I also tried their most famous drink, The Swan, and it was just okay. Overall, nice spot but could improve on portion sizes.
Good food , friendly staff , great service I would recommend dining at Swan and walking around the design district when visiting Miami.
To the Management Team,
Iâve been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years and have referred many friends and family because of the positive experiences Iâve had in the past. Unfortunately, this recent visit has completely changed my perception, and I feel compelled to bring a serious matter to your attention.
During my visit, I was physically pushed and bumped into by one of your servers, Gabby. When I spoke too her about it, her response was dismissive and shocking: âI donât need to say excuse me; I work here.â What followed was even worseâshe proceeded to follow me around the restaurant for 45 minutes, taunting and provoking me. The blatant racism and lack of respect were deeply disturbing and entirely unacceptable in any professional setting.
I reported this to security and requested to speak with a manager, only to be told that this isnât the first time Gabby has behaved this way. If this behavior has been brought to your attention before, Iâm left wondering why it hasnât been addressed. As someone who values great customer service, I am appalled by how this situation unfolded.
While discussing the incident with another staff member, Gabby had the audacity to interrupt and say, âIâve been here for two years. They know me around Miami, and I will never get fired.â This statement not only reflects her arrogance but also suggests a troubling culture within your team where such unprofessionalism is tolerated.
This experience was deeply upsetting, and I would never want another customer to endure what I did. Itâs heartbreaking that Iâve trusted and supported this establishment for so long, only to be treated with such blatant disregard and hostility. I strongly urge you to take this matter seriously, not only to uphold the integrity of your restaurant but also to ensure that all customers feel respected and safe in your establishment.

This was not at all what youâd expect from a so-called high-end restaurant in the Design District during an event as prestigious as Art Basel. Our dining experience yesterday was nothing short of appalling.
We had a reservation for four people at 4:30 PM. When booking, there were no indications of any restrictions, yet when we arrived, the hostess informed us they had just been âinstructed to not seat anyoneâ because they were preparing for dinner. Our options? Return at 6 PMâan hour and a half past our original reservationâor sit at the bar. Reluctantly, we chose the bar. Big mistake.
The bar itself was filthyâsticky surfaces, fruit flies buzzing around, and no one bothering to clean between guests. It was disgusting. Despite there being only two other parties at the bar and two bartenders working, it took ages to get any attention. When we finally managed to order drinks, the bartender didnât even know the items on the happy hour menu. He repeatedly asked us to point out what we wanted, then looked at the menu and followed the ingredients with his finger like he was reading a recipe for the first time. We ordered Tropical Storm and Smoking Bee, a part of their set happy hour menu, and should be standard for any competent bartender, but clearly, they werenât here.
We had planned to dine but quickly decided against it after this poor start. Before leaving, we visited the restrooms, and the experience somehow managed to get worse. The ladiesâ room was an outright disaster: sticky, wet floors; no toilet paper in any stall; no paper towels for drying hands; water everywhere on the sinks; an overflowing trash can; and a detached faucet. My boyfriend said the menâs restroom was just as badâwater all over the floor and paper towels strewn everywhere.
What was meant to be a special introduction to Miami for my boyfriendâs visiting family turned into a major embarrassment. Swan, with its renowned hospitality name and high-profile branding, utterly failed to live up to its reputation.
What was once considered a top-tier dining destination has become nothing more than a disappointing reflection of Miamiâs shallow, surface-level culture. Itâs all for showâpretty on the outside, hollow on the inside.
Highly disappointed. Big embarrassment to have such an experience in the GHâs portfolio of restaurants. Groot Hospitality should step up its game or risk being overtaken by the wave of better-run establishments and hospitality experts arriving in the city.
Kelvin is an absolutely incredible bartender! His exceptional skills, warm personality, and attention to detail made my experience unforgettable. Iâll be coming back to Swan time and time again, just because of him. He truly elevates the atmosphere and sets the bar for outstanding service.

Very disappointed in the food. The drinks are ok (not great, not bad). The atmosphere is nice and service is good. Not worth the price. The French onion caviar dip tastes just like Tostitos, but looks pretty. The chimichurri sauce they use is not that great and does not pair well with the waygu beef.

We dined in for dinner on a Saturday night, it was nearly empty. They have a beautiful outdoor seating however it was all reserved for an event. We had the meatballs as an appetizer, underwhelming. Next the salmon, which was served in a soup bowl with a salty miso liquid that was destroying the texture of the fillet. Think of serving grilled salmon in a vinegar soup. Not fun. Next was the roasted chicken with carrots- delightful, solid but nothing to write home about. Side of mash was beautiful, buttery. Side of broccolini was spicy and nice. Dessert menu was underwhelming as well, we didnât order anything. The best part of our experience was the front of house staff. Attentive busser and server, kind and polite. Overall, the food was comparable to that of the Cheesecake Factory for double the price.

I don't understand how a restaurant, bar, lounge only has one beer choice. It was a beautiful, sunny day and I wanted a beer with my lunch. The restaurant was only serving Sapporo Light as their only beer option. So better please.

Had dinner reservations at 8:30pm restaurant was nearly empty and quiet so if you are into the night life perhaps go later. However we did not mind the quiet atmosphere as the servers where very attentive and food came out fast.
The outside patio looked fun as we were leaving with the dj playing good music.
