Gabby and Darwish the best bartenders ever, it’s so hard to feel safe in a bar when you go by yourself and they truly made me feel safe and had the greatest service ever
I appreciate it!

First time coming to this bar, the vibe from the singers and the staff Javi and Kevin was one of the best. Will be coming back for some more karaoke for sure when I’m in town.

Our favorite karaoke spot — we’re here at least twice a week! Amazing vibes, great song selection, and the staff always makes it a fun experience. 10/10 recommend. Javi and marcelo are truly the best!!

The guy who manages the karaoke will skip you over and over again, no matter how many drinks you buy. I waited a couple of visits where this has happened before leaving this review. You literally have to bribe him to expect to go up. We were here for three hours. Terrible attitude and not fair at all. Puts the saddest songs on and never put a fun one. Try Batch instead.

Our group of five was denied entry at Sweet Caroline Karaoke in Brickell after being wrongly accused of being intoxicated, which was both inaccurate and humiliating. The staff member at the door, Chris, handled the situation with coldness and zero professionalism, making the interaction unnecessarily public and uncomfortable. There was no respectful conversation or fair assessment — just an abrupt refusal that left us embarrassed in front of everyone in line. As Hispanic guests in one of Miami’s most diverse neighborhoods, the experience felt deeply unfair and left us questioning whether we were judged before being given a chance. Hospitality starts at the door, and unfortunately, this establishment failed completely in providing even basic respect.

Went for my birthday a week ago and had an amazing time. The vibes are always S-Tier, but this night was extra special cuz Angela truly took care of me and my friends. She was attentive, sweet and hilarious. Make sure to ask for her if you ever get a table.

Amazing atmosphere. We were here for vacation from NC and had a ball at karaoke. Definitely will be my spot when we travel back here.

I took an Uber all the way to this location, only to find out it’s 21+ upon arrival. Please update your website to clearly state the age restriction; unnecessary surprises like this are the last thing anyone needs in today’s economy.

Sweet Caroline bar has been my home away from home since I moved here. My boyfriend Jose brought me for the time and the place has been nothing short of amazing. I light up every single time I come and everytime I come, I look forward to the next one. Shots on me next time for the staff!!
Special thanks to Angie, Javi, Gaby, Marcelo, and crespo.

It’s a super packed karaoke bar. I felt like it was a pretty young crowd when I went, which doesn’t make it good or bad just really not for me who’s 40.
Came in for a friends Bday, ordered 2 drinks for my GF and I and got a bill for that + 4 shots. Told the bartender I didn't order these but he insisted on putting on my tab. Someone in my group gave me a shot, which I drank they admitted I didn't order the drinks but I had to pay for them. The issue could of been resolved very easily and amicably but the manager simply wouldn't listen and was a jerk about the whole ordeal. He came outside showed me a video of me taking the shot, but when I asked him to show a video me ordering the drinks he repeated he knew I didn't order them but since I took one I had to pay for them. The bartender lost track of who ordered the shots in my group, I was at the bar, and he just put on my tab without permission. I refused to sign the bill rightfully so and still found the charge on my card. I am local not tourist, it was easy issue to make whole, I was neither drunk nor combative but the manager got offensive when I asked him to show me ordering these drinks on video, wouldn't listen and walked inside. There are a lot of better bars in Brickell, only reason I was here was to join my buddy who likes to sing karaoke. Not only did I leave but a group of about 8-10 also left, great business call not coming back.
