Delicious food and service! I would like to see prices listed, consistent pricing and when we call ahead of time we would like our food done or nearly done (by 5 minutes) when its time to pickup.
Visiting Miami for the weekend we were invited by a friend to have lunch , we all had the cowheel soup. It was very tasty , made me feel at home . Will visit Sweethand Kathy’s again !
I’ve eaten quite a bit of Trinidadian food, but Kathy’s is different. Don’t let the “cafeteria” vibe fool you. The food is authentic and incredibly flavorful. The sautéed spinach with braised pork and fragrant white jasmine rice, Wow! The smoked fish with onions and peppers, the stewed mackerel with Coo Coo (think soft, creamy corn cake, almost like polenta) and callaloo.
