I’ve been coming here for years and it’s always been an ok experience but the ice cream is good and it’s next to our fav pizza place so we kept coming back. This afternoon we went for some ice cream and after requesting a scoop they tell us there’s no spoons. My husband told me to ask for a pint but since she had already scooped it I felt like I had no choice but to buy it as is, I asked for a lid because it was for my three year old. She put the lid on wrong and it made a huge mess in the car. Safe to say this was enough to not want to come back here again.

It's a window where you order the ice cream... which is incredibly tasty. It has a lot of demand because when I arrived there were people outside waiting and they weren't angry haha they looked like... it's worth the wait, there was only one person who was serving it. The only thing is that there were people who only spoke Spanish and the girl only spoke English but she was very kind and patient, to be honest, try that ice cream that was so different and had an exquisite flavor.

Sweet Melody Ice Cream is a place my family and I want to love wholeheartedly. The quality of the ice cream and ingredients is excellent, and the customer service is always spectacular. We admire everything this business stands for, especially the story behind its name—it’s truly heartfelt and inspiring.
That said, despite our admiration, we’ve faced consistent disappointments. My wife and kids always encourage giving it another shot, but each time, the ice cream seems to have a freezer burn taste, which takes away from what could otherwise be an incredible experience.
My favorite flavors are Key Lime Pie and Cookie Monster. It’s been a while since I’ve had the Key Lime Pie, but we always enjoy the Cookie Monster whenever I visit.
This review only reflects my experience at the Ventanita location on Sunset and 152 Ave. I hope the business continues to thrive and maybe fine-tunes the storage or production process to match its potential because it’s clear that a lot of passion goes into this brand.

Ok so hi I am Janelle and I am addicted to Sweet Melody’s Bo & Jo icecream!! Now, the way that I know this is Number one I am forced to order through Uber, which means I pay $30 for 2 pints of ice cream(if you only purchase 1 pint through Uber, it’s $20 because of the small order fees)! The second way that I know is because ever since I first tried it almost 2 months ago. I need to have a pint at least instead of my fridge at all times! I have explored other flavors, but nothing comes close! The first time we ordered, I ordered the Kookie Monster as my 2nd pint for my kids & they absolutely loved it! Now as my addiction has gotten worse lol I actually order in secrets so that I could try a new flavor each time! So far aster the first order I have tried Abuela’s flan (it was yummy, but still didn’t come close),the Malta and leche condensada, Also was yummy, but again nothing like my guava! Cassie’s Key lime pie…wow so good and most recently, the Coconut cream pie, which was my second favorite!!! I will actually be ordering another coconut cream pie before the month ends, and I’m super excited to see what comes in September!!!

Stopped into the Miami location on our way to the airport. What a gem! Nice staff, fun atmosphere, and amazing ice-cream! My daughter had the Guava and said it was the best ice cream she's ever had. My partner had the key lime pie and agreed that his was sublime. I had the pistachio, which was simply indulgent! My whole picky eating family found a flavor they loved. Highly recommend!

Extremely expensive prices
After having pizza and beer at Strange Beast next door with some friends, we happenned to see this place and decided to try some Ice Cream. This place should be illegal. Guava and Cheese ice cream? My cuban blood couldn't resist and it was way too good. Then they hit me with some Abuela Flan? Really? Took another pint of that. Then some guy in the window said "I have some fresh Cafe Con Leche ice cream. Wanna try?" Well, it was amazing and I had to get another pint. Then the girl said "Oh, you are buying 3 pints. Next one is free" so Hella Nutella here I come. This place is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend it.
Love this gem! From the service, delicious Icecream and the ventanita!
My family and I tried 4 new flavors - Cool Summer, Hella Nutella, Look What You Made me Brew, and Ecuadorian Chocolate and they were a hit across the board! Love the variety of flavors and can’t wait to try the next 4 flavors when we visit again!
