Honestly I just want to start off that nothings going to change from this review I have because all they send is some ai messages to respond but all I have to say is that horrible customer service skills and they make it seem like it’s a hassle just to be nice to you The food is not bad but when it’s time to pay the worker had such a rude face towards and left my bowl there without asking if I wanted a to go bag or anything. Really unprofessional and If I was manger I would really look into my workers customer service skills before hire. I rather go to just salad that’s not that far away better food and way better customer service skills!!

Terrible service!! I was waiting for them to open to order my meal and wasn’t even greeted by the workers when they saw me outside, they just ignored me. I was waiting patiently until opening even though there were over 10 employees in the store, one of them should have said to come in with 5 minutes left since the door was already open. The girl who made my meal was Luke warm at best and wasn’t cheerful or pleasant. She rings me up then leaves my bowl in the counter and walks away until I have to ask her to please hand me a bag for my to go order… she looked confused when I asked for a bag. Terrible attitude from the team and what seems to be the manager that ran some type of morning meeting but didn’t even bother to say hello.

There were no customers in line and only 2 customers that came in in the 20 plus minutes I waited. 4 or 5 people working and no body moving. Lazy employees tanking the brand. Food is 👍 👌. SG get the Cava Hiring team to help resurrect your brand.
