I ordered the kale ceasar with tofu instead of chicken. Two times and in two different languages. I took a bite to the most disgusting flavors & realized i was given chicken. Disappointing.

Update: they did offer me a rebate and credits (took the rebate, declined the credits) after this review. I appreciate the offer but still wouldn’t return or recommend. Either they don’t know what they’re serving, or don’t care. As a lifelong vegetarian, adding meat after múltiple requests is something i can’t forgive.

This is my first and last time here. The lady who made my salads judged me and she made me scared to ask for what I wanted or add extras since she had such a bad and hostile attitude, the food was alright but the service ruined the whole experience

Literally would never go here again. I just went for the First time and I wanted to order something from the menu. I asked the lady for a barbecue chicken salad and then she looked at me as if I had 20 heads so I said to myself OK I guess I’ll just make my own custom salad. She barely spoke any English. when the time came to pay, It was $30 for a salad. I’ve never felt more scammed in my life. This was probably the worst salad I ever had in my life. I do recommend this place to anybody stay away from the scam.

This is the worst location I've been to of this chain. Nobody seems to know the menu who works here and all the food is dried out and looks like it needs to be thrown out. When I walked in there was 6 people behind the counter and no customers and they all talked within each other for a few minutes before deciding to help me. For $20 salads you at least expect customer service. You're better off driving to the wynwood location instead of dealing with these morons

Just got my two orders to go and one is missing sweet potatoes and the portions are tiny. Not sure what happened to this sweet greens but it keeps getting worse in quality and quantity they serve. Not coming back to this location.

Came to Sweetgreen to order my usual salad and was treated terribly by a rude employee named Yesenia. I asked her politely to add avocado, and she said, "We ran out of avocado yesterday." (Mind you), right in front of me was another salad with avocado. I pointed this out, saying, "Isn't that avocado then?" She replied curtly, "I am not allowed to serve avocados."

I was quite shocked. Clearly, there was another salad with avocado in it. I requested to speak to the manager, and Yesenia very abruptly said, "She's right there." At that moment, I directly asked Yesenia why she had been so rude. She responded dismissively, "I can't deal with this right now," and took off her gloves. Her manager, Luisa, had to take over and proceeded to make the salad for me.

My partner and I were speechless. We frequent this Sweetgreen location and have never had an issue until today. The manager, Luisa, explained that Yesenia was "going through something." While I understand and empathize, I honestly felt at that point that it was pointless to say anything further.

We paid for the two salads and sat outside the restaurant to eat them, while Yesenia sat across from us, presumably taking a break to cool off. This experience has led me to believe that the service these days has gone downhill, not just because of Yesenia's rudeness but also because of managers who don't hold employees accountable
