Such a bad service. They just skiped me and went ahead to take 3 persons in front of me and then 3 more after, and couldn’t even acknowledge me, I guess they didn’t like the way I look or something.
We had an event there that got rescheduled by the organizer (who didn’t warn us) but the manager was so kind, she still offered us a delicious free bowl since we came all the way here. The whole team was so lovely with empathy. Thank you 🫶

I've lived in Wynwood for the past few years, and finding healthy food that doesn't break the bank has always been a challenge. Sweetgreen is one of the few options in the area... but lately, I’ve been walking to Midtown just to go to Carrot Express instead. Why? One word: consistency.
Both places aim to offer healthy meals at a reasonable price, but where they differ is in portion size and reliability.
I’ve ordered from this Sweetgreen location nearly 90 times (yes, I checked my app), and if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that you never quite know what you’re going to get. Sometimes the rice or quinoa is undercooked. Other times, ingredients are missing or skimped on, especially the protein. And occasionally, the whole bowl just tastes off.
To be fair, I’ve had plenty of solid meals here too. But when a chain restaurant can’t deliver consistency, the one thing that usually sets chains apart from local spots, it’s hard to justify coming back regularly. If I can’t count on getting what I paid for, I’d rather eat elsewhere.

Great costumer service at this location! Katelen was very nice and carrying. I believe Fai is the manager and she was also super nice, refund me for the side that was taking too long to cook. Really appreciate and will be coming back!
