Wife and I are regulars at this sweetgreen. The service is always great, with the waiters recommending items, showing off the seasonal menu, and even taking into consideration our food allergies. The food itself never disappoints, especially the roasted cauliflower with dates and pistachios appetizer.

I recently ordered a meal and mistakenly ordered it for pickup. I immediately called to cancel but Sweetgreen said that 1 minute was too late to cancel because it was an ASAP order. Then I had to wait 2 hours for my reorder to be delivered although that was an ASAP order. When I complained to customer service all I kept getting was automated responses saying they understand how frustrated I must be feeling. Terrible customer service. Just salad for me from now on.

I loved this place, it was always fresh, great taste, big portions, but as I finished my salad with maybe 2 bites lift I found a huge fly of some sort at the bottom 🤮 unfortunately I’ll never be able to eat it again.

Extremely great quality food. So fresh, and flavorful even though it’s super healthy. Emely was so attentive, kind, & patient with my kiddos. 10/10 our new favorite spot.
Waited over an hour to get our food. There was only 2 customers in the store including me. Somehow it took an unreasonable amount of time. The employees work very slow and apathetically. Manager Anto was very rude. Definitely skip this location as it is very poorly managed.

Honestly loved my first experience here! The food is a bit pricey but so so worth it if you’re trying to eat healthy! Very hearty, flavorful, and the portions are huge I split it for two different meals. What really pushed me to make this review though was the service. The fries were taking longer to come out than expected and we finished our meal before they even came out, but the young lady who helped us was so attentive and even gave us some extra for the long wait. She made our first experience here so pleasant, wish I got her name to give her a shoutout. Definitely coming back!
