I've been to Pretty Sweet several times now since their rebranding, and I'm so impressed with their brioche donuts. The brown butter flavor is amazing. I really want to try their new Cinnamon Toast Crunch flavor, so I'll probably be back soon. I do miss the sandwiches and wraps they used to have back when they were called Sweetness, though.

Don't waste your time. Rude staff. Jasmine attempted to "help" us. We ended up walking out of the hands down worst experience of a bakery. We asked if they could write a name on the cake. They didn't know if they had icing. This is a cupcake shop. The amount of attitude was as if I asked her for a fireworks display. Complete blank stare. Eye roll. Sigh. She then said she had to call a manager to get pastry bag for icing. When we asked what the response was, jasmine responded "I don't know the owner is picking her kid up from karate. She has a life". Wow. We were about to drop $50 on cake and donuts and she treated the entire process as if we were telemarketers pestering her from her afternoon nap. Good luck at your next strip mall. Go back to sleep.

I went in in a Saturday at 11:30AM. They are apparently open until the evening. I had never been there before and was a little hesitant after walking in bc the trays were almost empty and there was only one other patron in there. They advertise hot fresh mini donuts on their website and in the store. After waiting around for 10 minutes for the other customer to finish their order, I finally ordered the mini donuts. The girl walks to the back and comes back and says they are low on mini donuts and don't have any left. Seriously?? The place looks like it's going out of business
My favorite place to get desserts!!! The best flavor combinations and seasonal flavors. Amazing milkshakes. Staff are always the sweetest people. Very welcoming place.

Wow! What a fantastic Bakery Shop. I can't get over all the delectable treats this shop has to offer. She even sells Ice Cream! A good size establishment. there is room for seating inside and there is seating outside.

SO DELICIOUS! We got one of all the cupcakes (only 9 flavours at a time, so it wasn't crazy), and they were all so delicious! Especially the special weekly flavours.
