It has been a year since we've been to Sylvano's, and here's the amazing thing - the food quality and service are just as good as they always were when it was in SOBE years ago. The best of Italian home cooking, and a great value as well. Their calamari is better than anywhere in Miami, period. Go just for that. The Milanese is paper thin and flash fried to perfection with the classic arugula salad. The special snapper with shrimp, clams, and a tomato broth...
Wonderful dinner and cocktails. Everything was delicious and service was great. Enjoyed lamb chops and skirt steak. Both cooked perfectly. Loved the desserts. We were traveling from DC and craving lamb. Did not disappoint.
