Me and my wife gave this kava bar a try, but I won’t be coming back. For the price they charge, the amount of tea you get is ridiculously small. On top of that, they keep changing the recipe, so it never tastes the same.. sometimes it’s too weak, sometimes just plain bad.

The atmosphere is also really off-putting. Right at the entrance, there are a bunch of big, unwashed dogs that look sick and dehydrated. The smell is overwhelming and makes the place feel unclean.

To top it off, the staff is incredibly invasive. No friendliness, just bad vibes all around. If you're looking for a good kava experience, I’d recommend going somewhere else.

The drinks and kava here are good, but serving a cup that isn’t even full while charging full price doesn’t make sense. It feels like you’re not getting what you pay for, which takes away from the experience. Would love to see them improve on this because the place itself has potential.

I had a very bad experience at this place. I ordered two teas, chose a flavor and they made me completely different ones, asked to fix it. They refused.

No better vibe or service for kava or Kratom in Miami! :)

I’ve been a loyal customer at this shop, not because of good customer service or clean place, but because the convenience of being close to my house. Obviously will not be coming back after this being the second time the owner has a non kind behavior.

I regularly order Kratom drinks for under $15, usually around $13 including tip. However, today I was shocked to be charged $40 for two drinks. When I addressed the inconsistency in prices, the owner was incredibly rude and dismissive, treating me with a complete lack of respect. My husband has also claimed that even though he regularly orders the extra $5 for green leaves, he has encountered the same issue with not set prices making customers confused and in his case, upset they don’t seem to be organized at all.
Probably a customer that doesn’t go on a regular basis wouldn’t say anything or notice the lack of organization about pricing, but regular ones like us would.

It’s astounding how someone in a customer service role can be so low-class and disrespectful. My bank statement clearly shows numerous purchases under $15 for my drink, “green crash, blackberry flavor with doble sweet agave” which is what I ALWAYS get proving that this isn’t just a one-time mistake by an employee. The owner claimed the higher price was due to my order of “doble sweet agave,” but my regular $13 drink includes that and TIP, (I pay $11 something without tip). Tried to explain this to her and she wouldn’t even let me speak but told me to leave and automatically told me to “leave her a bad review”, like she knows she has an issue with this. Certainly she has a brilliant brain. Instead of listening to my concerns, she told me not to come back, displaying an appalling attitude that is unacceptable in any establishment.

As a business owner, I can say it’s essential to recognize the value of your regular customers and treat them with respect.

The bar looked really cute, but the bartender was pretty rude and not welcoming to my friends and me. We left after a few minutes to get drinks elsewhere.

Stopped by Syndicate, and wow—this place is like a spa day for your brain. Tried their signature kava, and it was so smooth, I think my worries packed up and left town.

But the real MVP? Carlos! He’s like the kava whisperer. He hooked me up with the perfect drink, and his chill vibes are contagious. If you’re looking for a place to relax and sip on something that feels like a mini-vacation, hit up Syndicate. And seriously, ask for Carlos, you won’t regret it!

I am a regular Kava drinker and when I went to this place I tried the Kava and felt a good kick. It was only until I returned home that I realized that something was off with the drink. I frequently drink Kava and I had never felt nausea quite like that. Me and my friends all got sick and threw up quite a bit, I ended up in the ER where they informed me that I had contracted Viral Gastroenteritis (commonly known as the Stomach Flu). The kava here is good but not clean and it ended up putting me in the ER! If i spend over 40 dollars on a drink I would at least hope it is clean.

Gotta say, it was not a very welcoming atmosphere. Staff seemed distracted and overly tense. Maybe they were having a bad day.
