Me, my boyfriend, and our pup have been coming to this kava bar for a little over a year, and it’s safe to say we’re hooked. The menu has something for everyone—whether you’re brand new to kava/kratom or a seasoned veteran, you’ll always find a drink that hits the spot. If you’re into a relaxed yet sexy vibe, this is your place. The bartenders are incredibly knowledgeable, always happy to answer your questions, and the drinks are consistently delicious. Stick around long enough and you might even become friends with some of the awesome regulars.
My only “complaint”? Other people have clearly figured out how amazing this spot is, so during a rush, you might have to wait a few extra minutes—but it’s worth every second. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Miami for my kava and kratom.

I had a quick work trip in Miami and stopped in here. What a wonderful decision! The owner Joycie was such a gracious host and we had some smashing watermelon kratom shots. Great vibes and service - would definitely come back!

Easy to find and easier to stay! I have been coming to the Syndicate for almost a year and it feels like an extension of my own home. The kava and kratom drinks help me get zen and stay zen as I work, journal, or simply people watch. Every day of the week they have a little thing going on whether its BOGO on Saturdays or spin the wheel/roll the dice for a discounted house tea. The bartenders are super nice and love to chit chat with you. They genuinely care about their customers- from how they like their drinks (sweetest to least sweet) to how they're doing that day. My recommendations are Green Crush House Tea with passion fruit or Sour B!tch (think margarita mocktail with tajin and honey!!!)

Me and my wife gave this kava bar a try, but I won’t be coming back. For the price they charge, the amount of tea you get is ridiculously small. On top of that, they keep changing the recipe, so it never tastes the same.. sometimes it’s too weak, sometimes just plain bad.
The atmosphere is also really off-putting. Right at the entrance, there are a bunch of big, unwashed dogs that look sick and dehydrated. The smell is overwhelming and makes the place feel unclean.
To top it off, the staff is incredibly invasive. No friendliness, just bad vibes all around. If you're looking for a good kava experience, I’d recommend going somewhere else.
