Its always slow here… on my last visit I waited more than 20 minutes between ordering and getting my order. No one was at the window. I couldn’t leave because I had already paid and I was being ignored. When they finally came to the window with my order I asked if everything was okay. The man at the window said “ I put a coupon for a free taco in the bag for the inconvenience”… again I asked if everything was OK in there 20 minutes seemed like an excessive amount of time. He said, “we were doing a change over”. Doesn’t that sound like the kind of thing I should have been told about before I paid. If they knew they were about to change over I should’ve been given a heads up I would have to wait 20 minutes in a fast food drive through. I came to the Window took my payment and gave me my receipt. He knew what was going on. He could’ve told me before I paid… but nope… a customers time is of no importance at this fast food restaurant

Service is bad. I ordered on the app, I requested multiple sauces, when I got home there were no sauces, I can’t eat this without sauce. I complained in the app, got nothing, I was just ignored. Not coming back or using that app anymore. They take your money but don’t give you what you paid for.

Got to the drive through speaker and no one answered for 5 minutes, then when I drive up to the window they ask me what I want. I had already placed a mobile order and after informing them of my order they took 15 minutes to give it to me. Horrible!

Yesterday we picked up a light meal for dinner at this Taco Bell and took it home with us. This was our first time here. We both chose the Chicken Quesadilla with chips and cheese and pinto beans. They tasted ok. The quesadilla was light on chicken and cheese as the quesadilla was very thin. The sauce that came with it was too spicy! My mouth was burning and I couldn't finish it. The pinto beans need a lot of work to taste really good. We never expect much from TB though. It serves its purpose as a fast food place. However, not too long after we ate, we both got stomach aches that lasted for a couple of hours!
Christian was working at the window and was very friendly and helpful. The ambiance is casual. I doubt we will be back but that is not Christian's fault at all. He didn't make the food.
