I never write reviews but I genuinely had such a terrible experience at this Taco bell. The employees were extremely rude, they forgot to put my nacho fries in the order and when I came back and told them in the speaker they forgot something in my order, they didn’t even apologize to me and when I pulled up to the window, they seemed annoyed with me and told me I had to do the line again EVEN THOUGH i literally had just payed for the Nacho fries because they forgot to note it down in my original order and their excuse was that they were “busy” even though they were only two cars in line in front of me. When I told the guy that the fact I had to turn around was ridiculous all he said was “Do you want your order or not?” and was giving me major attitude. He slammed the window as soon as I left too. The women in the back was also yelling at the employees in the front of me. Sincerely never coming to this Taco bell again

I ordered a chicken chalupa and was given steak. The bread was stale. The steak was cold and hard. Worst chalupa I ever had.

Extremely slow service, especially during the lunch hours. Currently 8 people waiting in the lobby for their food.
Employees move slowly and give attitude. The floor is usually clearly dirty with food, napkins and water.
Definitely a risk coming here to eat if you are looking for a quick meal

9:10 am and according to the sign on the windows and on Google drive thru opens at 9am. There's a worker literally inside probably hiding to not have to take my order. Horrible customer service -10/10

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! Guy at the window made me back my car up so that I couldn’t see into the drive thru window while they prepared my food. After he had me pull back up and handed me my food, I asked him why he had me back up? He just stared at me. When I repeated the question he just said why not? Clearly something was done to my food. I wish I would have warned the car behind me before I left. More to come.
Stood there and waited 5 to 10 Min. Nobody else in the restaurant, no service. They just look at you and look away. Could not believe how cold they are to a customer. If you're in the drive thru, you got service. I'm deaf and can't do drive-thru....

The lady who served us at drive true on 8/17/24 at 1:45 pm should be taught customer service that is too rude and rude to the point that they lose a purchase and customer, train them in customer service

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was at the register for over 5 minutes and no one would get eye contact with me. So I had an idea that I would call the office. Someone actually answered and came to the front counter for me. This picture will show you that they are not into the customers at all.

For my first visit to Miami I had a hard time finding something familiar I let myself be tempted by this restaurant and honestly great team despite the language barrier because I am French he is my advisor and I am delighted it is very very good place and clean and very quiet. Being a cook in France I found it very good and original thank you to the young man who received us super kind thank you restaurant validated ??????????
