Terrible service. There are two registers with no employees willing to work them so you have to order with the machines, that don’t even work. They restarted and froze halfway through our order so we had to start over twice. Then, we finally got the order in and they gave us the wrong item for one of our 5 orders. The employees argued with us about the item that we received, claiming it was the right item and refused to take back the untouched item and make us what we actually ordered. One of the kitchen employees actually followed my husband to our table to look through the items we received and claimed that we had gotten it. Then went back to the kitchen shouting out “we found it”

After flying into Miami for a cruise we tried to go to Taco Bell next to our hotel. Door said dining room was open until 10pm and the drive in was open later. At 8:15 the doors were locked. If we had a car we could have gone through the drive thru. Very disappointing since we have to now walk a mile to get dinner.

I ordered two chicken chalupa deluxebox one without tomatoes and an extra cheese and mild sauce. I was passing by so I failed to look at my order and when I got home there was no mild sauce, one box was missing the two cheese, both boxes had tomatoes, the chalupas were beef and not chicken and not cooked properly, it was cold, the taco was a regular taco and not Doritos taco, they gave me cinnamon twist instead of tortilla chips and the twist taste like soap. No receipt no napkins. I lost $20.31.
