Worst experience I’ve had at a Taco Bell. I placed an online order for pickup and even then I have to wait 40 minutes for my food to be prepared. And it made sense since there was only one girl making the orders.

This is the closest Taco Bell to me, but you’re honestly better off going to another location. The food is objectively bad. Every time I order a burrito from here the texture of the rice is like little stone pebbles. Always undercooked or stale I can’t really tell but it’s awful.

I stopped in on my way to work at 8:55pm The place was almost empty besides except for 3 teenage girls setting together, I ordered the three taco as supreme combo There were at least 4 workers I the kitchen area I ordered them for in-store meal After a few minutes I saw one of the workers toss a to go sack on the counter and go back in the kitchen without saying anything Then one of them a girl's name, and one of the 3 girls went up and got a food order, while another couple came in and ordered, and then received a to go order Finally at 9:15pm I walked up and asked if my order would be much longer because I had to be at work soon The woman asked me what my name was, I said Stephen, so she looked in the bag at the ticket and handed me the bag with no drink. I said, my order was for here, and it was a combo So she put the three cold tacos on the tray and handed me a glass

I ordered online some cheesy rice burritos and weren't made good. I called the store and manager Miguel picked up right away and I told him my issue and he resolved immediately. I was very satisfied after. So if yiu ever have an issue at this store call and ask for Miguel he will take of you. Thanks again Miguel

You're better off going to taco bell on bird road or 8th street. The Soda machines have no ice, they have no syrup or are really dirty, and this goes for the self serve and drive thru. The quality of the food is horrible compared to other taco bells nearby. Employees joking around while preparing food, I was waiting close to 15 minutes for just 5 items. I suggest to anyone and everyone to avoid this taco bell

Anytime you order anything more than 5 items. Best believe they gonna forget something. Instead of separating combos in different bags nah they put it all in one bag. Good luck figuring what is what.

Honestly this location should shut down. Went during lunch to grab a taco, stood in front of the register, mind you various employees saw me standing there. Not one bothered to ask me if I needed anything. Finally after being there several minutes I asked the lady in Dpanush, “am I able to place my order here”? She answered no you gave to go to the Kiisk, then we serve yo. I mean that’s awful, you could have told me that before. I don’t think any of them know any English but that’s not the bad part, the bad part is their rudeness like I’m bothering them. The pace inside also looks bad, very bad location
