Anytime you order anything more than 5 items. Best believe they gonna forget something. Instead of separating combos in different bags nah they put it all in one bag. Good luck figuring what is what.

Honestly this location should shut down. Went during lunch to grab a taco, stood in front of the register, mind you various employees saw me standing there. Not one bothered to ask me if I needed anything. Finally after being there several minutes I asked the lady in Dpanush, āam I able to place my order hereā? She answered no you gave to go to the Kiisk, then we serve yo. I mean thatās awful, you could have told me that before. I donāt think any of them know any English but thatās not the bad part, the bad part is their rudeness like Iām bothering them. The pace inside also looks bad, very bad location

It was my first time at Taco Bell since COVID. The location is great, ample parking. The interior is clean, and the servers are friendly. I had to get used to ordering and paying at the kiosk. The chulupa and taco was worth the wait. Delicious ?
Parking: Spacious , lots of reserved handicap parking, wheelchair accessible
The food is very good but the service is terrible, we waited more than 1 hour for our order to come out

Horrible service from the drive thru. The guy wouldnāt even state that he wonāt take my order, āgive me a second or let me knowā was all he said when I kept on trying to get a response. These people are really something else, I donāt know if itās the lack of training or what it is, but the zero respect towards customers is unacceptable and unbelievable. I really hope these employees get better training and orientation on how to treat clients. Then I went to the window and same situation. HORRIBLE SERVICEā¦
