I made a mobile order and when I arrived in the drive thru I was the ONLY person at the restaurant. Nobody else in the drive thru and no one inside. I was told I had to wait a few MINUTES. After I waited about 4 min I went inside (that’s how I know it was empty) and asked the manager in the back about my order and told her I was on a lunch break. She responds with there’s only 1 person and they are in the bathroom so I had to wait. So much for fast food it took me like 17 min to get my order. The manager was condescending telling me there’s nothing she could do and I asked if she at least started the order because it was a mobile order. She then gave me a side eye and went to make it. Taco Bell needs to get their act together and stop trying to run stores with 2 ppl to save money.

We went through the Drive-thru ordered our food.
Didn’t have the “new” items on the menu that was showing. The okay that’s fine. We were the only ones in the drive thru. When we got to the window to pay cash, we handed it to her. She then asked us to “back up past the yellow pole “. Which was ODD. no one’s in line and now we can’t see our drinks or food being prepared. Then she sticks her arm out the window telling us to move forward.. weird. She hands my husband the food and he’s trying to ask for fire sauce and I then ask why she had us back up out of view. She said “because my manager asked me to” with an attitude smile on her face. Didn’t even allow me to reply or say anything and shuts the door and then opens it hands him 4 sauce packets. Cool.

We left .

As soon as we left I thought maybe we should check everything because it seemed so odd. So we parked in front of Taco Bell. As we put the straw in for my drink it had 2 little ice squares. Then to realize after taking a sip it has been sitting OUT for god knows how long. It was SO watered down and thats why it had 2 ice squares in it. GROSS. we continue to eat, his tacos had meet they were fine. His crunch wrap had NO MEAT! My burrito had NO MEAT and was filled with RICE !?! It was horrible. I only ate half. This was the worst experience at any Taco Bell.

I WANTED MY MONEY BACK BUT I KNEW THEY WERE GOING TO PUT UP A FIGHT ! especially with all that attitude when we were approaching! I literally walked outside of the parking lot in the front of Taco Bell and THREW it away. Went across the street to the REAL Mexican restaurant and ate inside with the BEST dinning experience. I will never come back to this location!

I just came out of there with my family, the place is dirty, floors sticky, the place smells very bad, homeless people sitting there without any food, just sitting, the food ,when they gave it to us, was cold and not fresh at all,only 3 employees working including the manager, when we had the first bite it was disappointing and horrible to taste food that is been sitting there previously done because they lack of employees and overall the place is filthy.
Health department and food administration should come and take a look at this place.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell location. The drive-thru service was incredibly slow, with each vehicle taking approximately 30 -45 minutes (or more) just to order and receive their food. This level of inefficiency is unacceptable for any fast-food establishment.

If I were the franchise owner, I would seriously reconsider the team operating during this shift. It’s clear that something was seriously wrong—whether it was poor management, lack of training, or just a lack of effort. Not only is this frustrating for customers, but it’s also a waste of resources and money for the business.

I highly encourage the owner to review the surveillance footage and assess the situation. Your staff’s performance during this timeframe is likely costing your business money, customers, and reputation. Immediate changes are necessary to improve service.

Avoid this location at all costs. The food is never fresh, your order will never be correct & the staff, no matter how kind & cordial you are, are as unprofessional as they come with racist tendencies. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!

I place order online that part was easy I ordered soft taco no cheese got my food parked so I could eat. The taco was full of cheese wow then had to go back on the drive thru line and tell them what happened they remade it this time it had no cheese but the meat wasn't drained filled with juice and it made the soft taco so soggy it broke apart and I dirty my shirt and only ate half since I got upset
