We have had such a horrible experience at this Taco Bell with the staff. We live close by so we have ordered from this Taco Bell a lot of times. Everytime we place an online order they never have it ready at the drive through. We then either have to go in or wait in the line again. And they never apologise for making us wait for so long. Highly disappointed.

I just heard about the Decades food returning. Well, before they took the Tostadas off the menu I would buy them once a week. So I just had to go and get some to fulfill my needs. I've been to this Taco Bell many times and they always gave me good service. No different this time. The workers were friendly and very helpful.
The problem I'm sure is with corporate greed. I stopped buying anything with their beef in it a couple years ago because there is so much water in it, it's like eating chili in their burritos and tacos so everything is soaked and soggy. Just nasty. I assume they add water to make it heavier but it just ruins everything. I usually get things with refried beans and or chicken.
That's good because Tostadas only have beans, cheese, sauce and lettuce. So I ordered 3 Tostadas and 1 pintos and cheese. Refried beens usually can be scooped and piled on the Tostadas but it seems they are now adding water to the beans because the beans were spread thin and actually slid off the Tostada shell. They were not any thicker than the Tostadas they were spread on.
Then I opened up the pintos and cheese to find that the beans were like soup. I could barely eat it with a plastic fork. They were just too wet. I have eaten these many times but they were never like soup. Again barely edible.
I don't like giving bad reviews but I just had to say something.

So I haven't eaten Taco Bell in years due to scamming issues. I was with my children and decided to give them another try. Also, the scamming happen in another city not this one. Anyway, no one was in the drive thru. I arrive at about 130am. They close at 4. I ordered the chez it crunch wrap. As soon as I pulled up to the second window before even completing my purchase with my card the wrap was on the counter. I said to the cashier. I hope my wrap is fresh because I have not been here in awhile and I really wanna enjoy the wrap. He assured me that it's made fresh and its hot. Well that was a lie, I literally live 4 houses down from Taco Bell. When I touch the bag it was warm as if it was prepped and when someone ask for it they press it in the machine for the color. I was pissed because that wrap was nowhere near fresh or hot like he stated. I'll be back to speak to the manager smh
