Taco Bell is the worst experience ever. I do not recommend anyone eating at Taco Bell or ordering GrubHub from Taco Bell because they’re gonna cancel your order anyway they’ll make the order the food and then when the driver comesYour food will go to someone else and then they’ll cancel the order And I have ordered Taco Bell six times within the past four days on Grubhub and my order has been canceled so I do not recommend anyone ordering from One 18885 nw 2nd avenue if you’re going to order go through the drive-through or go inside and Taco Bell when you call them they hang up the phone on you. The one on NW. 2nd Ave. and 18th so do not waste your time. I do not care what Taco Bell thinks about what I post everything about what I said is true

The service and the food are good, but if you need to go to the bathroom they send you to the one in front, it's at Dunkin's because theirs are closed. In my case, I have two children.

I've been going here for 25 years and was mad when they took the shredded chicken quesadilla away but couldn't stop choosing Taco Bell. I live a block from here but still they are fresh, always hot and smiling faces.

Night shift staff is the best good customer service and polite especially the Jamaican girl that works . Good attitude I give her a 5 ? .
Taco Bell has moved to kiosk ordering like many other fast food restaurants. The issue with the kiosk is that orders are put in and paid for, but the food takes longer to be prepared. For example, I ordered a freeze, and it took 15 minutes to be made. It wasn't busy inside either. The priority at this restaurant is the drive-thru; if you order inside, be prepared to wait. This may be because they are short staffed. The employee at the drive-thru window is so focused, completely ignoring people standing at the counter in the lobby (me included). Once I get my drink from an employee who was preparing the meals in the back, I tell him I have a mobile order that he checks in at that moment. There is another 15-minute wait and a power outage. Therefore, 30 minutes had taken place at least the food was hot although, I never got my spicy ranch.

I order a bean burrito and a beefy 5-layer supreme. The price is way different, so they shouldn't be the same exact size. I call and the lady says the only difference is meat and cheese. Ma'am I've been ordering these items for years and no other location is as despicable as you guys. But again, it's late and I don't have the energy to go back and get my refund

don't go to this taco bell. it's gave me a liver inflammation and now i can only eat chicken and salad go my whole life. and if i get the REALLYY EXPENSIVE surgery it will make me fatter

I ordered a no. 1 from the menu with an extra taco supreme and their fiesta potatoes for $16. and the only thing I got that was correct was my drink. Please tell me how I got a burrito, chalupas and cinnamon twist. What makes this even worst is " I was the only one in the drive thru" and no customers were in the inside ordering.
