Well, what can i say? This is a fast-food place after all. However, what the heck is this garbage? I don’t often buy taco bell, maybe about two or three times a year if that. But, it’s right next to my house and after a long day of work sometimes you just need a quick bite. Tell how i paid $16 freaking dollars, for something that made me sick almost instantly…My two grilled cheese burritos were BURNT, the chicken cheesy burrito was cold and dryyyyy, and lastly the fiesta potatoes weren’t even potatoes man, they were skeletons of what was once a potato all shriveled up. SMH! The only positive thing was the kind woman that took my order but that’s all. Like the fact that taking time to right this tell it all cause like it’s Taco Bell, it’s always a hit or miss but this was just down right robbery to say the least. I will never be coming here again. Guaranteed.

if i could give zero stars i would first they didn’t give us all of our order and on top of that didnt give us a receipt and so our meal was supposed to be free as they are advertising horrible service and they are lying.

3 times I've gone thru this drive thru. Been charged extra for tomatoes on soft taco. And they never give the tomatoes i paid extra for. This place is a dump of service people eating tomatoes instead of getting orders right

Disappointing experience. The wait for my food was excessively long, and while the cashier who took my payment was friendly, the staff member who handed me my order didn’t acknowledge me or offer any apology for the delay. I ordered chicken chalupas but received a cold soft wrap with chicken instead. The taco was stale, and no fork was voluntarily provided for the Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes. Overall, the service and food quality were well below expectations.

Ordered my food for pickup. Got there before my food was ready. However, I should've checked it before I left. I pulled off and drove down the street to work and when I opened the box my fries were cold and not to mention not fresh. It sad because I know the workers see what they are putting in the boxes so if you wouldn't eat it why would you serve it. Disappointing indeed. 😞 For that I'll give a 3.
Everything was alright but my only complaint is about the chicken sandwich. The KFC chicken sandwich is supposed to be one chicken patty but instead i got two chicken tenders on mine. I thought at first that maybe they were out but I then saw in the kitchen there were chicken patties. Im quite disappointed and feel ripped off because the patties have more chicken than two tenders. Please train your workers that two chicken tenders and one chicken patty are not the same.

The food is typical of what you'd expect of a KFC. I did not have the Taco Bell so I will reserve my comments only to the KFC side. The gentleman took my order and it was delivered quickly and accurately and that's what you can certainly hope the best for. I asked for it to eat in and was given it to go bag anyway which contain no silverware or napkins. The food was tasty albeit overpriced.
