We flew into Miami and stayed at the hotel next door. The door at Taco Bell says the dining room was open until 10pm. We got there at 8:15 and doors were locked. If we had a car we could have used the drive in until midnight.
The worst service and food. When we got home half of the order was missing. Doggie tacos instead of crunchy. Service staff is just a bunch of young kids with clue about customer service. No wonder the place and even the drive thru is empty....... UPDATE. .after 5 montns I was craving tacos and decided ylto give taco bell another try. I ordered 3 soft tacos supreme and 3 crunchy tacos supreme. One chicken sandwich all meals. I got home and in the bag I had..1 crunchy taco Supreme, 1 soft taco supreme, two burritos and a chicken sandwich. Some thinQgs never change.
Just drove through the drive through, ate some tacos and they were cold and stale!!!! Disgusting!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! Avoid this place!!

I can’t believe this place is open for business.!This location consistently delivers a terrible product…. Who ever made this bean burrito last night should be spoken to and trained properly. Not sure why I even go back.Last time for me.TacoBell corporate. You should really read your reviews and send your area manager to this location asap.

The employee never looked at my face, she was upset or tired, maybe from working on a Sunday, but she was in a bad mood. The chicken is fine, but it seemed like they hadn't done the oil change. It tasted good and the chicken looked strange.

This may very well be the worst taco bell in all of Miami. Food is ALWAYS cold. I asked them to make my food fresh, maited 10 minutes and the food was STILL cold. This is becoming ridiculous with this taco bell location. They need training and better management. Will be contacting corporate about this location soon.

This lady kept asking for me to repeat what I just said and still got the order wrong. These people didn't know English and idk why they even asked for me to repeat myself do many times even though they got my order wrong. I don't want to say this but I feel like you need some kind of degree to work at a place because if not then you get these people that don't know what they r doing

This specific tacobell location is very mediocre. I don't even blame the employees tbh, its more or less the franchise owners fault for trying to be as cheap as possible. Maybe if he paid the highschool workers there a lil bit more they wouldn't have such disregard for the job.

They don’t even let you see the menu, it was 0 cars on line no costumers, at all and they was rushing me to finish the order, because of Dt time, when I get to the window they want me to move forward and back again for the time and I finish leaving, worst taco Kfc
