Check your receipts.
They are thieves and will up-charge your combos to large without asking.

Also, if you order a beef chalupa or quesadilla, they will “add beef” to the default chicken quesadilla or chalupa instead of keying in the item correct. I have multiple receipts of this location doing this.

The drive thru attendant offered me the stolen change back and recommended I go to a “normal Taco Bell” down the street since the “system doesn’t allow them to swap ingredients on the menu items” and that I should have asked for a small at the drive thru to not get charged as large.

This is ridiculous. I don’t care about the extra $1.40 you charged me. It about the deception. Imagine how much money they’ve stolen from customer over time.

Check your receipts and don’t let them steal from you in silence!

Be careful. They like to upsize your order to a large without asking on the taco bell combos and boxes! They made my classic luxe box a large without asking. If they do this every day to all the people that come there imagine how much money they are making. When we confronted the attendant, she said that we need to say that we want a small. Also they like to charge a dollar if you wanna swap from chicken to beef on a Chalupa. She said the system doesn’t allow them to make the change. And she suggested that we go to a normal Taco Bell instead of a Taco Bell/KFC. Deceiving! And this has happened several times.

I ordered a chicken quesadilla and received this instead… This is not an acceptable amount of chicken and the cheese isn’t even melted. They also pay no attention to you at the window, as if you’re interrupting them and they’re doing something more important.

i am deeply upset with how my child, who has autism, was treated at this Taco Bell. The staff treated him roughly and badly, showing no kindness or understanding. This was unacceptable. Taco Bell must do better in training staff to treat all customers with respect and care. We will not be returning.

This Taco Bell has gone downhill. I ordered yesterday through the drive-thru and got the chicken nuggets and they were so overcooked you could have thrown them like a rock. I wasn't able to come back to the store to bring them so I tried calling and nobody would help me. And also I ordered the steak burrito and it was in the bag and I was assured it was steak. My son decided to eat it later and when he did it was a bean burrito. I will not go to this store ever ever again. They don't care about you there. Not at all. They just want to get you out of their line.

Order 2 #7 (no sauce)
I got. 2 #7 (with sauce) a lot of sauce.

Not only that, the tacos that comes with the #7 came with sauce, I mean extra sauce.
I didn't know tacos come with sauce already, I mean, a lot of sauce.

Looks like they do the opposite on purpose.
