I love me some taco bell. The staff was nice. Kiosk ordering only at this location even if paying cash. That can be good or bad. Not everyone is quick using them.
Arrived 1 hour before they closed… 6 employees huddled in the middle of the store talking… outside menu was off and the worker stated in Spanish ‘the sign is off because of what time it is…..’ but they were still open… ordered food, cold and destroyed. It was nice being a Taco Bell customer ✌?

Very bad experience in this place. I went to pick up an Uber Eats order and the wait was 25 to 30 minutes. It turns out that supposedly my order was not ready because it was not in the system, and after all that time waiting for the package it was ready, that is called lack of organization and communication with the work team. Very bad attitude from the staff who works in this place, not only with me but with the rest of the customers who were waiting for their food. I don't recommend this place. Fatal.

Busy drive thru. This store gets most of its business via Drive Thru. The lobby is almost always empty. Feels like this restaurant is always under staffed with employees busy and hurrying all the time. However when asked by clients they help nicely and well. The restaurant is clean. I have never seen the trash overflow.Parking tip, stay away from the small parking section on the side of the restaurant. Instead park in the shopping center parking in front of the store. Drive tru lanes back up to the side of the restaurant making it difficult to specially drive away after your visit. If you want a quiet, mostly all for yourself Taco Bell this is the restaurant you may want to visit.

Messed up beef taco with barely anything in it, and no beef, just a bunch of cheese and a few pieces of chicken. Usually pretty good with accuracy, not sure what happened here

Standard Taco Hell. Teen at the window couldn't understand me even though I spoke extra slow & loud. They messed up my daughter's order even though I repeated it several times & saw it on the screen. I wish we had other fast food Tex-Mex options in South Florida. ?
