The customer service of this Taco Bell restaurant is unacceptable. The young ladie manager not even asked me if I need help. Only guided me to go to the screen to order my food. The technology is ok,..., but is better to offer a good customer service. I am sorry but I was shocked the way I was treated today at this place.

Horrible Taco Bell, literally the WORST I've ever been to. Everyone that works here is not only rude but treats the customer like they're an inconvenience simply for being there at the drive through (with no other cars behind). Sorry you have a job you get paid to do. They are never stocked properly, never have Bell Sauce, never have half their menu, dont serve breakfast (even though they give you free breakfast coupons?) and never have a good attitude. This location is truly deficient in both stock and customer service. Everytime I go here, its a waste of time because they NEVER have any menu item. Whats the point of being part of a chain if you're menu isnt the standard? Ridiculous. Theres this one lady who works there who right off the batt starts off annoyed or with attitude. I won't go to this one again, just waste 15 more minutes for the other one. I suggest you do the same and DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

The manager at this location is terrible. I didn’t get her name but she is Cuban for sure. I Order a crunch wrap supreme through app I didn’t notice they now have a veggie wrap I accidentally purchased the wrong one explain to her situation she didn’t want to help me get the correct item she had there’s nothing she can do she’s manager I had to go through app also I purchased through app thinking it was quick I still had to make big line in drive thru since restaurante is being remodel to notice my food is wrong :( so sad who this person is I charge can’t make costumer happy. I used to work for Taco Bell thing wasn’t like this before. She totally useless

Every time I go to this Taco Bell location, I always have a great overall experience. The food is always fresh and hot, and tasty. The service there is always nice. And the environment is not too crazy, loud. And it's always clean. They just need to keep up the great work.
Last night I got 18 bucks worth of sour cream and hot sauce in a bag.

Has gotten extremely overpriced and they give you so little food. Ordered an extra side of nacho fries because I was concerned they would give me give me little fries for my loaded fries, and their “regular” fries was a kids meal … A KID’S MEAL! The chicken chalupa tacos was also the size of a KID’S MEAL & I SPENT 30$ !!! Never coming back, I can go to Chili’s for the same price & they give me reasonable portions!!!
