It's taco bell idk what you expect it's not fine dining but the workers are so nice I did have bad experience once with the manager with a bad attitude but the workers is what keeps me coming back

Great food! First time in a while since I had Taco Bell
Gracias Jessica. -.- Mngr “Jessica” had a chk fltbrd re-made for me after I informed her of the chk being rotten. She returned back to me in less than 1 min with a new chk fltbrd and saying that I could check if it was fresh if I liked. Which I did. And what do you know? the chk was rotten again! She then insisted that the chk was “new” and “what did I want her to do about it” as she showed me a half empty container of chk that she pulled from the line. She then replaced the container and asked what else I would like. I responded that at this point since there is no “fresh” chicken I would like her to throw that chicken out and to stop serving it to other customers and refund me. She proceeded to set aside (not throw out) the rotten chk and refund me. P.S. this entire verbal exchange was done in Spanish. For reference there was a cashier named Alfred P also working the shift. And the refund was order no 609715 or order no 229 at 6:10 pm on July 7th 2024

Drivethru cant hear, employee didn’t help at all, was extremely rude. Her English is probably a 4th option in life. I will never go there again.

Normal taco bell BUT they SKIMP on the filling! I got 3 tacos and it might as well have been 2 considering how pathetic they looked when I opened them in comparison to the Taco Bell by my house. I considered going back in there, claiming they forgot one taco in the bag just to get all the food I paid for, cause these tacos were NOT IT. Didn't do it because the Lord is my witness, but wow. Way to lose business... never going to this location again and I'll tell my friends not to either.

I used to have my rating at five stars but recently the chips they use in this location are AWFUL. the chips taste bitter and almost chemical like. I do not know what could cause this but it made me feel awfully sick and this isnt the first time, I still feel like vomiting 6 hours after I ate.

Best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to! The manager on duty this Saturday night ran the store with wonderful efficiency! I placed a mobile order to pick up in drive thru but when I arrived, the line was understandably long. I was able to enter the lobby and was served immediately! I got my food befor the car that was originally in front of me even placed their order. I am more than impressed with how well this manager treated me and was running the shift to ensure everything was taken care of.
