One of the worst, no one in drive thru and no one in dinning room and it took more than 15 minutes for a small order, 5 employees talking to each other

My favorite fast food ... it's better going in the drive-through than inside. Sometimes, there's homeless occupying tables and will be no space to seat.

Poor hygiene, I just found a big hair inside a burrito that wasn't even the one I specifically ordered for myself. I find it a lack of respect towards the customer that is disgusting.

This taco bell sucks. I ordered two chicken soft tacos instead of beef tacos. I paid an upcharge and when I went home....I got beef tacos. And...no receipt for my purchase. Why does this taco bell suck. Geeezus. Get it together. I want my $2 upcharge back. How can I contact customer service?

Limited staff, needed help with specialty order. When employee finally asked to help, it was like I was interrupting her day. And said just use touchscreen, I wanted to just tell her what I wanted and pay, kind-of like the rest of the world does.Management failures...
