Every time I come in the day hours my food is a sloppy mess, tacos miss ingredients, absolutely no care from the day crew.

Night staff is on point. Never have had an issue with my order in the evening.

The night staff needs to train the day staff on how to prep orders.

Ordered 2 tacos and only received 1, ordered a Crunchwrap only received NOTHING!!!!! No Ingredients were removed from the 1 taco OUT OF 2 that I ordered…. Wasn’t removed. I’m not sure who’s employed at this time but do better. YOU GUYS RUINED MY ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very clean, newer facility. Decent service, Lacking vegetarian options (which other taco bell locations do typically have), no iced tea either. But maybe people in South Florida just don't drink it?

Updating this because they're better about the filling now. They still sometimes scrimp but not as bad. The drinks are often watered down though.

Terrible costumer service, the lady who was there came out with a very bad attitude, because we asked her to change the order, she added jalapeño to which I have an allergy, and also nacho which is spicy too, neither of them was asked, she came to argue with me that it wasn't spicy, instead of changing the order, I shouldn't even work there, if you don't feel like working, you should go home, it's a lack of respect and they don't even ask the clients for apologies, they always have a problem There, but that worker specifically a short white lady on the night shift, her service was terrible.

I traditionally love taco bell, but this one is usually a disappointment. They often mess up my order or give out incorrect items especially through the drive through. Me and my friends would often go there after get togethers but we stopped because of consistent mistakes.
