Absolutely disgraceful Sunday January 18th around 12:30 I made an online order under the name Mike and orders two avocado ranch stackers chips with supreme dip and steak garlic nachos so I get my food I check I don’t have my steak garlic nachos so I go back wait in line for like twenty minutes and there’s this guy that seems new super nice but the t his lady that thinks she knows it all, all arrogant and cocky says she definitely put it in there I don’t know why she thinks I’d try to lie about this but whatever then she keeps going back and forth I say check the cameras and she goes silent and gives me food and slams the window on me and gives me this absolute slob I’ll be making big complain I want compensation so embarrassing if you can’t handle your job then don’t take it smh.

Got every part of the order wrong and took 30 minutes in a drive thru
Every time I come in the day hours my food is a sloppy mess, tacos miss ingredients, absolutely no care from the day crew.
Night staff is on point. Never have had an issue with my order in the evening.
The night staff needs to train the day staff on how to prep orders.

Ordered 2 tacos and only received 1, ordered a Crunchwrap only received NOTHING!!!!! No Ingredients were removed from the 1 taco OUT OF 2 that I ordered…. Wasn’t removed. I’m not sure who’s employed at this time but do better. YOU GUYS RUINED MY ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very clean, newer facility. Decent service, Lacking vegetarian options (which other taco bell locations do typically have), no iced tea either. But maybe people in South Florida just don't drink it?
