I cannot believe that a worker that took my food order and gave me my food is sitting there admitting to me about coughing all over everybody’s food because he couldn’t get a time off because he’s sick. That’s disgusting.

Burnt my quesadilla twice the first time I had to drive back to Taco Bell from my house to get a new a new one because it wasn’t eatable and burnt completely and when I went back the two co workers were laughing the second time it was in drive thru I won’t ever be coming back to taco bell

I always order a cheesy roll up and this is what I get? Cold cheese barely melted and it was only hot in one spot of the roll up. I always ordered the chips and cheese dip just to find out that the chips are basically stale and hard to chew but the cheese dip was fine but I actually expected better.

Was in the drive thru line at for more than 20 minutes from 10:49pm to 11:20. And when I asked the guy at the window, his response was! “It’s really busy and there are only 3 employees, so there is nothing I can do!” Great response!!!!

I just want to say I came through the drive through, and I didn’t check my bag before leaving for the fries. The freshness was horrible for the nacho fries I don’t understand and my Cinnabon drink did not have the sweetener it took. I haven’t tried any of the other food but. The fries were not fresh they were stale. I cannot believe that people working in a fast food chain that I’m sure they eat at aswell make their food quality like this to serve for the public.

I just received my DoorDash order. I asked for hot sauce packets, I didn't get even 1 in the bag. Horrible service

I got here 5 minutes before closing , all the people who work here at night are stupidly lazy to close 5 minutes before… what type of service is this garbage store providing with their horrible employees that can’t even close at the correct time which is 5AM!!!!!!!!!

I’m extremely allergic to lettuce and asked for them to remove it from my order. They didn’t, even tho the receipt says NO LETTUCE. Thankfully my mom took a bite off my burrito first.
