Really rude customer service, placed an online order and got scolded In Spanish about having to wait 5 minutes, which we didnt mind whatsoever nor did we show any attitude or any impatience, it was extremely disrespectful and she could’ve been nice and told us to pull up to wait one moment but she didnt, hire younger people that deserve the job and make a better life environment for their employees :)

This is my disappointment regarding a recent late-night dining experience at your establishment. The service I received was unfortunately disrupted by a significant operational issue. A staff member was forced to take orders manually due to a malfunctioning ordering machine. This resulted in a stressful and disruptive environment for other patrons, including myself, as the staff member's attempts to manage the situation unfortunately one lady was involved in raising her voices at me.
I understand that equipment malfunctions can occur, but the resulting customer experience was far from satisfactory. I hope this feedback will be valuable in identifying areas for improvement, particularly in how such unforeseen circumstances are managed to minimize disruption and maintain a positive atmosphere for all diners. I appreciate your attention to this matter.

It's been a long time since I had Taco Bell and loved that my crunchwrap was nicely made. Only downside is I asked for sauces and they didnt provide any so I had to get down the car and grab a few from the restaurant.

Even on the phone they're disgusting and rude they got the right one I hope they will be able to see this. I’ll make sure this Taco Bell is shut down, and replace all them wanna be workers on some in a heartbeat .if I can rate the service put it as a negative.

I honestly can say don’t hire people that don’t want to work. Kendall people think they’re tough. They are lucky they’re not in homestead with that attitude. I would not recommend this Taco Bell and poor customer service to anyone. Let’s see how they feel when people play with they food
