The employee made us wait while he was taking out sauce bins to restock them. He made no effort to approach the customer and made us wait at his convenience. The beans in the bean burrito were very dry. Horrible quality of food.

This location is probably one of the worst. They take forever with orders because no one is in the kitchen doing them. They’re always forgetting or messing something up. The manager even worse. Someone needs to put that whole staff in check.

I don't know why Most taco bell restaurants always have homeless people inside them, it's so disgusting, I've been to all the taco bells in Kendall and they all have that same problem. Homeless at the tables, asking for free drinks, they consume absolutely nothing, they smell HORRIBLE, and everyone comes in to charge their phones. I don't understand, where is the right to private property? Although the service is good and the food is cheap and tasty. It is too unpleasant and uncomfortable to enter the dinning room to eat.
