This location gets worse every day. Today, the beef in our tacos, burrito, and even the crunchwrap was cold. Very cold. Like, if you took the ground beef out of the refrigerator cold. The crunchwrap was in a starvation diet it was so slim. I was tempted to leave this location and drive to the one on Bird Rd. I was concerned about getting sick.The guy at the register was very hard to understand. He would not even hand the receipt to the patrons.

This has been the third time this place gives me my food cold or not complete, 2 times with Uber eats and the 3 and last was today , i went in person to get my food and I ordered two Nachos with extra beef and extra tomatoes which it looked just like a regular but the thing that discussed me the most was my quesadillas , no cheese AT ALL , almost empty and 5 pieces of cold chicken mixed with beef and pieces of tomatoes, i had to open them after my second bite because it has No FLAVOR AT ALL , really sad !!!! I used to love that place , but is letting taco bell down BIG TIME , NEVER AGAIN , i gave you guys 3 chances and for me to do a bad review it takes a really bad experience.

Food was cold and the quesadilla cheese wasn't even melted, had to ask them to redo it and it still came out unmelted

The last few times i've gone, they have told me that the freeze machine is broken. The food is actually decent but the wait is lengthy if you go when they are busy. The workers usually get my food to me as soon as i get to the window. Compared to a year ago they definitely have improved a lot. Please bring back the freezes.

I wish I could give 0 stars because they deserve less. These people have the worst customer service etiquette. Not only that but for the past 15 years or so that I have frequented this location due to the convenience of it being close to home they always take approximately 30 minutes to give you your food. Now that COVID has happened they make you wait in the line after you’ve made the line and paid to receive your food. They don’t even have the decency to have designated parking spaces. If you live in this area you know what I am saying is true. Absolutely terrible experience every time.Parking: Terrible

Soggy low quality stale a$$ tacos was all I got at this place. Do yourself a favor and don't order from the Taco Bell menu. Maybe you will have better luck with the KFC side. But the food was disgusting and slimy and not edible.

Few are worthy but Miguel is one of them. If management is wondering who? It's Miguel he worked at 11:19 on the 14th of November. I will only go to Taco Bell if he is there. We all know the food is assssssssssssss but Miguel is prime. Customer service on point. Great guy and I'll only eat his tacos. Maybe I will even let him eat my girls taco. He is that good...........

-1 because I had to wait nearly 20 mins for my order-1 they got my order wrong... Asked for steak and got ground beef(still tasted good but would've still preferred STEAK)
