I know it's crazy...but I had an excellent experience here and I felt compelled to share it. For one, hadn't done Taco Bell in two years. Was too expensive and just..bad. Co-worker wanted some and I agreed to pickup on the way in. Drive thru. Immediately greeted by the sweetest/nicest voice and I make an order, adding stuff for myself. The young lady suggested something and off I went. Paid, lovely exit conversation and I pull over and...chomp. delicious! Ordered a bunch of the new cheaper menu items and they were great. The whole experience was A+ and they need to make that young lady a manager !!

They served me a crunch wrap supreme with absolutely no beef. Not a crumb of meat. Who wraps that up and thinks it's ok to give to someone? Avoid every restaraunt on 79th street. Those cooks don't care.

I ordered through the drive-thru. My order number was 8. I asked for no cheese, but when I checked my food after driving away, all of the tacos had cheese. Is it so hard to pay attention to what the customer wants?
