I just left there and paid $36 for 2 number 6(Chicken Chalupa) combos. I paid for extra chicken and I didn't receive it for both combos when i ASKED!!! I don't understand. You all read the order and still get it wrong!!!

They messed my order up twice so I settle for what they gave me. Knowing that I'm never going back to that place. And they destroyed my mentality for going back to any of them. Also in my most humble opinion, they are not worthy of one star

Went here yesterday Went through the drive thru around 7 pm. The person taking the order was very rude had me repeat my order about 3 times. Then she told me my total, the she said it's cash only I'm like why didn't you tell me that b4 going through all that, of course I had no cash so we drove off. I should have written a review last week when I came here and had an issue with a rude employee I'm thinking it was the same woman. I proceeded to go to the location on NE 125th Street where they are always pleasant.

I’ve dined at a Michelin Star restaurant and can honestly say that this Taco Bell had better customer service. Wow, wow, wow! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They helped us make meal choices and were very patient with our children. I will be coming back at the end of my vacation.

Cold food fries pre-maid nasty stale and cold one black girl corrected this issue but I guess the manager (spanish female) had gave same cold fries in bag. Taco bell General management need too meet with these managers. Running customer away 119th and 24th next to race trac gas station. MAY-11TH 2024.

I do not recommend it. I have been several times because it is close to my house and every time I go there is something missing in the order, it is as if they did it on purpose. Tip: check your order carefully because on many occasions they give you the order in a hurry and items are missing from the order, it has happened to me several times
