I’ve been coming to this location for over 2 years and everytime has been a disappointment, I would always receive my food made incorrectly every single time until I met Oscar. He’s so kind and funny and actually puts hard work unlike every other lazy worker , everytime i come to this location and i see him i already know the service is going to be 100% excellent! my order has never been given wrong to me when he attends me. We need more people like Oscar!

Just had delivery of tacos and a simple bowl of pintos. Pintos were drowned in sauce. I have never had stale tacos from ANY Taco Bell but I sure did today. I called the store to tell them to check their stuff and could not believe the rudeness. This is why you get the public review. This came from your store we watched it on the map. Coral Way and Douglas. Now again either the tacos were old or stale. As I stated to your rude customer service.

Just moved to the area and this must be the worst Taco Bell I’ve had in a very long time. Chalupa is cardboard. Literally rock hard and the oil is bad and tastes terrible. Inedible. Also messed up our entire order. Very frustrated. For the prices they charge now this is completely in-excusable. Don’t bother. Go to a real restaurant.
