DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! THEY WILL DISAPPOINT YOU EVERY TIME! 🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 I ordered a combo# 1 and asked for beef and received chicken. My food was extremely cold and when i asked can I switch the meal for a taco 12 pack and I’ll pay the difference I was told NO. So i decided to just get my money back then pay for a 12 pack and I was told that I have to go back around and order when there was no one in the drive through after me. The manager or whoever she was running shift on 9/18/2025 at 8:54 pm is extremely rude and when I asked for her name she didn’t want to give it to me. I think she said her name was MARLENY while rolling her eyes. She needs to learn how to treat the customers with respect before your business starts to lose customers and after reading these comments I will never be back to this disorganized place. I’ll take my money somewhere else.

I ordered Online Takeout and it was readying in about 10-15 minutes. When I got there I got very quick service by Marleen ( hopefully I spelt it right ) and she was very nice.

I had ordered online in the parking lot and the order said it would be ready in 5 minutes. I walk in and all the workers are in the back. There isn't anyone making anything. Once they came out, they made some tacos and put it in the bag but didn't call a name. It turns out those tacos were mine and had been sitting there behind the glass for 20 minutes without them saying anything. I go up to get a workers attention and at first I am ignored, then when I finally talk to someone about it, she tries to give me the cold food. I tell them to remake it and wait another 10 before I even get my food. The service was horrible and they were very rude.
