worst experience Sophia if that’s even her name was super rude and I was in the drive through for 30 mins yelling saying hello and no one answered cars behind me and I drove up To the window and the manager in the night shift was super rude he saying for me to go all the way around and start the line again and didn’t take my order at the window this was just horrible and rude ! And speaking Spanish like I didn’t know what she was saying it was just ridiculous

15 min waiting for a take out order and the girl who was attending the drive thru and delivering the orders was super heavy and rude, omitted the detail that the order was for take away, we politely told her that the order was to go and she ignored us for complete and left us the tray with the food, nor was he able to give us a bag

The worst experience I have had with the drive thru staff, poor manners, excessive waiting for each order and total chaos receiving a complete order because it has happened to me several times that my order is not complete
So you go inside of the building to get your food faster? Yet if you would have went through the drive through, they would have been much quicker. It is now going on 17 minutes and I'm still standing here. Waiting for my food. 4 people working on the drive through 1 person working from the kiosk. No wonder why places are closing
