The employee is severely impaired, this video is on tick tock for the Niles Michigan Taco Bell on 11th street. He is so out of it on drugs, this is absolutely disgusting. What is going on with management?

Went to Taco Bell in Niles today it was a disaster never seen a place so gross. The kitchen was so dirty and there was food laying all over the floors. And the eating area was just as bad tablets were dirty, floors were dirty and the worker were dirty and very disrespectful and didn't even get our order right. We call corporate office and ask if they wanted use to send the pictures we took and they said no. What the heck you would think they would want to see them.

Unfortunately there is no negative 5 rating. This Taco Bell is by far the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Restaurant is filthy, staff is RUDE and food is TERRIBLE. Save your money. This place SUCKS.

The service here is pretty awful! It's a 50/50 chance your order will be correct. We went today and every table was dirty, trash was full and there was no ice. They really enjoyed watching my son clean off the table while they watched and snickered! They knew that there wasn't any ice in the machine but they continued to hand out cups and then seemed annoyed they had to go to the back to get ice! I would have complained to them but was not sure who I would complain to? My chicken taco had three pierces of chicken and about 5 pieces of shredded cheese!

This was the worst Taco Bell experience I've had, and that's saying something considering the general bar set by Taco Bell. After waiting literally 40 minutes in the drive through line (I was stuck in it because of the way it's built) I was finally given my mobile order and not one word was said to me by the person at the window. No "hi", no "sorry for the long wait", nothing.

This is the worst place to order Taco Bell at, because of the simple fact they do not have any of the simple ingredients for anything else that's on their menu. And once we did find something on their menu they did have in stock they make a cheesy Gordita crunch with no sauce on it that just fell apart because of the 'fast pace' job their trying to do.

Went in today at 4 and the place had 2 customers in it and a handful of workers. After I ordered on the machine I saw a guest walk-in to order and the kid stopped making food took the order touched the cash with his gloves on and went back to making food with the same gloves during this time the guy who ordered got his food right away and then the other customer sitting came up to the counter and said he had been waiting 20 minutes for his food and I got the manager and told her about the kid and the gloves and she was like ugh and then I asked for a refund which she was okay with but then the older guy who had been waiting asked for a refund and she said ugh just a second. The guest here are an annoyance to the workers. The whole kitchen looked like a mess and the manager didn't seem to care that everyone working was kinda just not following food safety. I will be reaching out to corporate for sure over this.
