The worst care in Florida is offered by this place. There is no one to attend, the employees do not leave the kitchen, because they are all supposedly preparing the orders. But the reality is that there is no one who answers in front and if they come out to answer, they do so rudely and aggressively. Bad attention.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible service. Sitting around talking, no bags, no receipts. Have done several door dash here as well and orders are never ready . The owner needs to consider changing management and employees. I am complaining to door dash as well.
I pulled up, parked a group of kids were dropped off by their mother to order food they walked back out a few moments after entering I wonder why so I walking and theirnis family eating and no one behind the counter or in the kitchen anywhere to be seen I walk or another man walked in and all of sudden taco bell now has employees and can serve them! I wonder why anyways BBB EEOC a d the the attorney General will be notified as well as corporate office

I always go to this taco bell, but today the girl who charges is rude. I ordered a regular combo of tacos, they gave them to me and the cashier charged me for another order and I asked her why she was charging me something else and she told me that was what I ordered, the supervisor came to check and saw that she was charging me wrong and they gave me the refund, but they didn't even apologize, it's rude

I literally ordered I standard burrito, PAID FOR ALL 3 SAUCES ON THE SIDE. 3 SAUCES GUYS. it’s hella expensive. GUESS WHAT?! I DIDNT GET ANY OF THE SAUCES.
so not only did I not get any of my extra sauces on the side. they also gave me a SLUSHY instead of a Baja Blast ?. AND yes, the service doesn’t get better. There wasn’t anyone at the drive thru. I was one of FOUR people in the store. Tell me why my order of TWO THINGS takes 25 MINUTES?!
Really don’t think I’ll come here again. Please listen to the reviews, because they ARE true. Save yourself. Go to the McDonalds across the street at this point.
