You should answer people who are more competent for the job. They have a totally disastrous team, slow with a bad face, with no motivation to work almost 30 minutes to be able to take an order. The girl's response was that they are paid badly, so they serve poorly and never return.

We ordered food and after 15 minutes we asked if the order had been entered into the system because we had to pay in cash. The gentleman said he would check and then left and we waited another 20 minutes. After this time, we asked again and the gentleman said he would check soon. there was no traffic. we left.

As a German, I was really happy to go to Taco Bell again but had to wait 40 minutes and then the food was cold and the drink dispensers were dirty and had mold and the tables weren't cleaned plus the standing toilet was full of piss get your shop under control again
